Beautiful hidden gem, needs car
Pros: The hosts were lovely and helpful. The property was spacious and beautiful with many little extras not always found in Senegal Vrbo’s like hairdryer and microwave and a washer. We have a vehicle, so the location was good…about as close to the airport as you can get in a Vrbo. Also, a very short walk to the beach. It was also very clean, compared to some similarly priced vrbo’s in Senegal.
Cons: AC is very important in this season and climate, and only one bedroom had working AC. Finding the property was a little difficult and would be a poor location without your own car. Short walk to the beach but far from anything else as far as grocery stores or restaurants. Not a problem for us at this time, but worth mentioning because in the past we haven’t had a car and would’ve appreciated knowing.
Overall, it has potential to be an excellent choice for us whenever the AC situation is rectified. Again, the hosts were very kind which counts a lot for us.
