Mal entendimiento con el propietario

Tuvimos que cambiar las fechas por petición de la propietaria. A nuestra llegada la limpieza era deficiente(recibimos la ropa de cama sucia,con manchas de sangre). A nuestra salida la propietaria exigía un pago extra de 100€ para limpieza de la ropa de cama y toallas. Dejamos el apartamento más limpio de cómo lo encontramos. Nos pusimos en contacto con los asistentes de vrbo que indicaron que no teníamos obligación de realizar ningún pago extra.
