Fully air-conditioned, it is composed of a sunny living room from morning to evening (living room, dining room), a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A master bedroom with its bathroom and dressing room, the other bedroom with 2 single beds and independent bathroom.
Upstairs large solarium equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture with sea view.
Outside not overlooked, private swimming pool with small garden, terrace and awning, all equipped with a table, plancha, deckchairs and parasol.
Free Wi-Fi and international channels (English, French, German, Spanish, etc.).
Close to several beaches (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zénia, Playa Flamenca), golf courses (Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Colinas) and all amenities.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Villa. It was nice and modern with all the amenities needed from a home away from home. My son especially enjoyed the heated pool, even when raining outside. Only downside was the location which we should’ve looked into before we stayed. Being so far away from the main strips including bars and restaurants meant we had to get taxis everywhere which are not the most reliable in such a rural location, however, we did enjoy the peace and quiet of the area when sat in the outside spaces.

Very welcoming, villa is beautiful and comfortable, very private, very modern. It's really close to most of the golf courses in the area, only downside for us was the location it was too far out to walk to local bars so we had to use taxi's to go out. Property owner very prompt with replies to any problems and welcoming. Overall though it's a lovely well kept and well equipped property. Many thanks.

Just returned from an amazing 7night stay The property is simply amazing - private pool - not over looked. Everything you could possibly need is provided Exceptionally clean and comfortable- the outdoor area is great - I didn’t want to leave Short work to the bars, restaurants and supermarket- Aldi walkable tooWould go back in a heartbeat

Excellent villa located in a nice area. Perfect for family holiday with own heated pool (payable but not expensive) which kept the kids entertained for days. Clean modern furnishings, and plently outdoor space. Free parking with own dedicated space.

Amazing Villa

The Villa is in a quiet area within walking distance to restaurants, we were met at check in and showed around the Villa and how everything worked. the Villa had everything you need for a chilled stress free holiday. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook, pool was cleaned whilst we were there and not overlooked roof top Terrance was a bonus, The owner Rachel answer any questions and was easily contacted if need. overall an excellent villa and would highly recommend this villa for everyone

This is a perfect rental to enjoy the beautiful weather in Costa Blanca. Communication with Rachel and Evette was simply flawless. Very nice area with many restaurants and beaches. I recommend having the pool heated : it is so worth it!

We have been trying to stay at Rachel’s villa for the last few years but it’s always fully booked but we managed to stay for 4 days as there was availability in between other bookings. The villa is in such a quiet area and we had stayed a few doors down in a bigger villa a few years back and had the most relaxing holiday ever. This time was also relaxing and the villa was all we needed. Rachel was great to communicate with always ready to answer our questions and Evette and her assistant made sure the villa handovers were easy. Thanks Rachel and team!

My wife and I had a very relaxing week, we hired a car which I feel is a must. The villa was amazing it was clean and modern. With lots of extra touches. And had some basic cleaning materials and food condiments which was great. Even the bottle of Prosecco and water was much appreciated. Communication with Rachel and Evette was excellent. Evette met us at the villa to show us round she was very informative and friendly. We will definitely return.

Fabulous holiday

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in a beautiful villa. Having your own pool was a bonus. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. La Finca restaurant was only a 5 minute walk away which had excellent food and would also recommend the crazy golf/restaurant which was only a 10 minute walk away. If we stayed again we would hire a car to better explore the area as the beach and resorts are not easy accessible by foot. The nearest supermarket was a 20 minute walk. Evette and Rachel were great hosts and even left us a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this villa.

A lovely villa!

We stayed in Rachel’s villa for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is located in a small, quiet urbanisation with it’s own parking space. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs close by (within walkable distances) but, ideally, you do need a car to get to the bigger supermarkets, shops and beaches. The quality of decor, furnishings and overall presentation of the villa was beyond what we were expecting. Rachel was communicative and helpful, without being intrusive and we were made to feel that both she and Evette (who met us for the check in and check out) were on hand, should there have been a problem. They appeared determined to make sure that our stay met our needs, which it did! Our dog was with us and it was great that there was a small park opposite the villa, where we could take him for small morning and evening walks. (Just to say, a 5 minute walk away is a very friendly restaurant called La Finca which serves great food and is recommended for, along with the tapas, the best fish and chips we have tasted.) Overall, we have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a couple, a small family or 3/4 friends and would absolutely return. We have been taking long term winter breaks in different villas in the area for 4 years and this one gave us the comfort, privacy and quality of holiday accommodation we have been looking for and the one we would definitely book again. Thank you, Rachel. You have a little gem!

Amazing property!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Communication before, during and after with villa owner and check in agent was superb, any issue or question was answered immediately and with ease. Even recommendations for places to eat, visit, shop were spot on and very helpful. The villa was immaculate upon arrival with the added touches of water, cava, toilet rolls. These were so helpful as we had children that were in need of the toilet and a drink before we were able to go shopping. The villa has everything anyone could want or need for their stay. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of different pans, pots, dishes and cutlery. Full size fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a dulce gusto machine. The bedrooms were both good sizes with quality beds, mattresses and pillows. They contained plenty of storage and had bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and blankets. Both bathrooms were clean, modern with spacious showers and excellent water pressure. For us as a family the ability to wash clothes was a must. The machine at the villa was really good, accessible and fast. But the Cherries on the cake for us was the luxury of having the use of the heated swimming pool, outdoor BBQ and the sun deck on the top of the villa. All were amazing and just made us feel like we have our own little slice of heaven. Especially as the villa is very private and feels safe. There is also your own parking space off of the road.
