Secure residence with caretaker ideally located with a magnificent park and 3 beautiful swimming pools. Close to all amenities. Ideal for your holidays in the heart of the French Riviera!
The accommodation
Apartment renovated in 2023 consisting of an entrance, living room with sofa bed (160/200), open kitchen fully equipped for your comfort: oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom with large wardrobe, very comfortable bed 160x200. Bathroom with bath, toilet, washing machine. The rooms open onto a beautiful covered terrace of 11m2 with a view of the park and swimming pool. Table with glass top and 4 armchairs and 2 chairs and garden furniture composed of 1 sofa and 2 armchairs to relax.

On request, at an additional cost (20€ per person) the linen kit (sheets and towels) can be provided
