The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The beautiful dining area has a large table and chairs. While dining, you have a beautiful view of the outside garden due to the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The three bedrooms contain a comfy queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

As you step outside to the garden, you'll find a cottage with a sitting area and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic office chair to do work while sitting comfortably.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our home is located conveniently in La Bastide. Key pickup is 9 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

On the Garonne River's right bank, Bohemian La Bastide is known for the buzzing late-night bars along Quai des Queyries and its views of stately neoclassical buildings across the water. Darwin, a hip cultural complex in renovated warehouses, attracts crowds with its film festivals, pop-up bars, restaurant and gig space. A water garden and summer jazz concerts are among the draws at the Botanical Garden.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Boulevard La Tresne, is just a 2-minute walk.

Bordeaux Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
