Our 1749 sq feet premium penthouse condo is located in Spring Creek, one of the newest and most sought after communities in Canmore, directly adjacent to downtown.
Enjoy pristine mountain and creek views from the windows and covered balcony, or snuggle up by the gas fireplace and watch TV. The fully stocked and high end appliance kitchen is where you can create your culinary masterpieces. The dining room table offers seating for 6. In-suite laundry is available for your convenience.
With room for everyone to relax, this condo is perfect for a family staycation, romantic getaway, wedding, or a long term stay.
The building has additional amenities to offer: shared panoramic hot tub ( pre booking available and open no booking times available ) fitnessroom, and games room with pool table are available for you to enjoy during your stay. Outside the building, there is a fire pit available. Booking fee and waiver apply.
Our condo is self contained with no contact entry. We have an enhanced cleaning protocol that includes cleaning and disinfecting.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
A distinctive feature of this neighbourhood is the junction of two creeks- Policeman’s Creek and Spring Creek. This neighbourhood includes a 2.5 km perimeter of trails and 3 pedestrian bridges. The bridges forge vital links with the town of Canmore. With these picturesque trails and boardwalks you will find picnic areas, children’s playgrounds, galleries, spas, wine shops, delis, coffee shops, restaurants, and plenty of benches to daydream along the flowing creeks. The walking bridge at the Opera House will take you along Policeman’s Creek boardwalk. Enjoy plenty of view spots to watch wildlife or admire the mountains Canmore is famous for. Follow the boardwalk to downtown Canmore’s restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, grocery stores, and Elevation Place. Elevation Place is a recreation complex, complete with indoor swimming pools, a lazy river, water slide, exercise and yoga gyms, and a climbing wall. Lots of activities for young and old. (Partially open due to Covid-19.)
Spring Creek is a 5 minute drive to the Banff National Park Gate and close to 4 world class ski resorts.
GETTING AROUND We recommend having your own car or renting a car to explore the area best. Rental cars and public transportation are available in Canmore.

One of the best apartments we‘ve ever rented. Absolutely loved discovering the condo and constantly being surprised by another thoughtful thing. Would definitely stay again!
Visited with a friend for a little staycation and this place far exceeded our expectations. I love the attention to detail - from the quality of the linens to the beautiful kitchenware. The photos are great but it’s even better in person. Location is 10/10 too. The host, Marja, was incredibly communicative and very clear with details. This is the best experience I’ve ever had on VRBO. Thank you!!
This is the perfect place for a mountain retreat. The place is gorgeous. Beautiful and so clean. Wonderful views. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Our host is always so easy to communicate with and attends to every detail. We have come to this peaceful getaway before and will certainly be back !!!
We had a great time, we jus loved every bit of the apartment and especially loved the lounge and fireplace… we sat in front of the fire every night and enjoyed a glass of wine.

The property was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Marja was attentive and easy to communicate. We traveled with another couple and the condo was perfect for couples. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely stay there again.
The accommodations are 10/10. Perfect location, beautiful condo. Would stay again without hesitation. Only two comments:1. Four house coasts would be appreciated2. It is the most intense checkout list we’ve ever experienced, including sweeping and using a special cleaning product on pots and pans. The cleaning fee should cover the basic things like that especially with a six hour turn over window (check in 4, check out at 10).

We wanted to respond on your comments regarding helpful suggestions with check out.
Giving the floor a quick sweep and washing used pots are regular things guests do with check out.
We use the six hour window between check out and check in to do a complete clean of our penthouse. Our 5 star reviews reflect that our property is perfectly cleaned and that is exactly what guests love and come back to. We also spend time on extra details that is unique to our property.

Our stay was perfect! Everything was as described. Plenty of space and well appointed. The deck was so relaxing. We loved the ability to walk to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.
This property is in a great location, it is like the pictures online and maybe better. Everything worked and is well maintained and the development is very nice. Downtown Canmore is a nice walk and the hotel coffee shop is a short stroll from the condo. The climate controlled underground parking was a nice benefit. It was quiet and very comfortable and we would stay here again if we come back.
Every detail is thought of when staying at this property. All furnishings are top notch and the beds are heavenly. Beautiful views and perfect location. Stay here and visit Banff or any of the other attractions with ease. The attention to detail was very appreciated.
