Please note that the prices on VRBO are in USD, for Canadian prices please visit Homeaway.ca and key in our property ID 922907 Rejuvenate and unwind in this "mountain style" 2 bdrm, 2 bath, 2nd floor suite which is set up for mature adults and is warm and cozy with impressive amenities and is a legal vacation home in Canmore and has two free parking stalls. Although there is currently several construction projects going on in Spring Creek we are fortunate that this suite does not face the road, parking lot or construction. It faces a beautiful courtyard with amazing views and has a balcony with four chairs and a table to enjoy the mountain air. A calm respite, a place where you can enjoy nature and still be close to the heart of downtown Canmore where there is unique shopping and amazing restaurants.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances complemented by black granite countertops making your cooking experience stylish, easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked from a blender to a crockpot so that you will have everything you need to make those special meals or even a morning smoothie to take to the deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air and the amazing mountain views from the deck.

You can warm your feet on heated hardwood floors with individual controls in each bedroom and bathroom, while the living room boasts an inviting stone fireplace.

The dining area features a gorgeous dining table which seats six and there is an additional breakfast bar that has four stools for those intimate or everyday conversations.

The living room has two very comfortable chairs along with a leather sofa with pillows and blankets for those cozy nights with a 52" flat screen TV above the fireplace. The living room opens up on to a deck and BBQ area with a patio set so you can get up close and personal with the Canadian Rockies. Enjoy spectacular views of the famous Three Sisters, Ha Ling , Grotto Mountain and the beautiful courtyard where during the summer several elk may gather.

Sleeping arrangements have been made with luxury and comfort in mind, very appropriate for your special mountain getaway. Queen beds await you in the Master and secondary bedroom with upgraded mattresses to ensure a restful nights sleep.

The master bedroom features a spacious and incredible spa inspired bathroom with granite counter tops, double sinks and a large soaker tub as well as a slate and glass

Both bathrooms are equipped with toiletries, hair dryers and curling irons for our guests use. There are also usb plugs in the living room and master and second bedroom to ensure our guests are able to charge their phones and tablets as well as there are several extra chargers and cords just in case you forgot yours at home.

** A National Park Pass is also included for your use while staying with us and this saves approximately 20.00 per day when visiting the national parks.

A beautiful outdoor hot tub on the property with awesome mountain views, as well as an exercise room complete with treadmills , bikes and weights. There are two secure underground heated parking stalls provided with the rental.

There is also a gathering room on the 2nd floor with a pool table to enjoy those moments with family and friends.

About Terrie and Brent

We currently live full time in Spring Creek Mountain Village. We retired to Canmore from Edmonton and have owned property in Canmore since 2007. We are avid skiers, hikers and enjoy going downtown daily for coffee to mingle with friends. We purchased this home to live in for a few years and have now moved across the road, and have opened this home up to others to enjoy the views. This unit was picked by us the day it went up for sale so that we could ensure we had a magnificent view which it does. We are always around Canmore and are always willing to recommend activities or favourite restaurants of coffee shops.

Comfortable Stay for 2 Couples

We appreciated the detailed check in instructions including where to park. The condo was large and comfortable for 2 couples. It was located in a new area of Canmore and was quiet for the most part. We enjoyed opening the windows in our bedrooms at night to take advantage of the cool mountain air. There were plenty of amenities in the washrooms and in the kitchen. We were pleased that we were able to recycle and take our own garbage out each day of our three night stay. The owners were super friendly and returned emails in a timely manner. We would stay here again.

Wonderful!

Such a comfortable stay in this luxurious unit. Great views, clean, quiet, with nice location within walking distance of shops and walking paths. It was hot when we were there but the unit was always cool and comfortable. Best of all the beds and linens were great; this coming from someone who has a bad back. We stayed 4 nights and based out of Canmore for our excursions to Banff and Lake Louise before heading to Jasper. Hosts were terrific. Would love to return.

A Fantastic Rental - Luxuries Included!

We booked Rundle Cliffs for the May long weekend. We were not disappointed! Within close proximity to amazing golf courses, restaurants and shops, we had everything we needed to have a relaxing, fantastic weekend! Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Canmore. Very clean, stunning view, and exquisite beds. All the small touches, like having a hiking backpack available for our use, all the brochures for things to do and the park pass provided made our little getaway perfect.

Our suite is set up for families with older children and mature adult groups only. (Max 4)

Renters must be over the age of 27 unless they a part of a family. (i.e. parents with their children) We reserve the right to evict any and all guests from the suite if they do not meet the age requirements and no refund will be issued

Animals (Pets) - Sorry NO PETS ALLOWED

Smoking - Smoking is NOT permitted in anywhere inside the suite, on the deck, within the hallways, common areas, i.e.: hot tub, pool room, or parkade

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: All bedding and towels are included however daily maid service is not included in the rental. There is a coin laundry on the second floor of the building. Please note towels and linens are not to be removed from the unit.

No bikes, skis or any rec equipment is allowed in the suites

There is a zero tolerance for parties or noise. Should a noise complaint be issued we reserve the right to evict any rental guest and all prepaid rents will not be refunded. Please be respectful and considerate to the other Spring Creek unit owners.
