Great unit on ground floor which is perfect for a family. Perfect location next to the ancillary pool. Calming sounds of the waterfall right outside your back door. Easy walk to the main pools and beach and right across the street from the grocery store and strip mall which was very convenient.

Wonderful!

We loved our time at Luana Garden Villas. The villa itself was beautiful and spacious. The property manager uses an easy-to-use website that details check-in, check-out, and any requests you have, and they were very timely with responses. We were on the ground floor with a wonderful lanai that was great for our young kids. I would definitely stay here again!

Annual family vacation in paradise

We have stayed here 3 times, and love it! We plan on returning annually this is the perfect place for families. I cannot stress this enough. The property is gorgeous each villa has plenty of grass off the balcony for kids to run and play, pool close by each villa, 3 pools total in the complex and if you want more action, the main pool, with a slide, and pool side service is a short 5-8 min walk, and another 2 mins to the beach. The villas are spacious with open floor plans, fully stocked kitchens, laundry and beach chairs and possibly pool toys in the garage. We enjoy hanging with other families in the neighborhood when we visit. It’s quiet and peaceful, with many stores, shops and other local beaches nearby. Also great snorkeling close to shore, great for small kids within having to boat out. Our kids saw dolphins, fish and turtles.
