Should you wish to indulge in the luxury of these amenities, a nominal fee of $100.00 (plus applicable taxes) per day of usage is applicable, payable directly at the club's front desk. This ensures that your access remains entirely private and reserved, granting you the freedom to relish these offerings at your leisure.

The condominium has a coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and provide a peaceful and safe stay.
The condominium has a Japanese food restaurant with lacarte or rodizio dishes and a private and well-equipped clubhouse which guests can access by paying a fee of $100.00 + 6.5% taxes directly at the frontdesck per day of use per house
The clubhouse has: pool ,Hottub, tennis court, volleyball court with beach sand, fitness room, recreation for children
Other Things to note:
1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.
2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.
All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
3. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
4. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

5. Houses that have a jacuzzi on the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of $150.00
6. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
7. We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.
8. We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.
If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.

3. No pets allowed. We do not accept animals, if you have a license to take you must have the certificate and attestation of service dog, vaccination card and be presented before the reservation and be approved by the HOA of the condominium, we do not accept Emotional Support, otherwise you will be subject to a fine of $ 350.00
4. Please ask not to go up with shoes, sneakers or slippers on the stairs and in the rooms, as the floor is carpeted and will be stained or dirty.
5. It is not allowed to throw parties at the house, the condominium does not allow it, if you insist you will pay a fine of $ 450.00
6. Please throw out all food in the garbage.
7. Put all dishes in the dishwasher please turn it on before you leave.
8. Pool towels are the blue and white towels or green and white towels, please don't leave towels at pool. There will be a $20.00 charge for lost towels. Please do not use the bath and face towels for cleaning makeup on your face or use as a floor cloth, they are white and if the dirt does not come out I will have to charge ($ 18.00 to $ 25.00) for each stained or damaged towel
9. All Kitchen dishes and utensils, pots and pans are counted. We want the next renters to have the same items. There will be a charge for all missing items ($5.00 to $20.00 depending on the items).
10. Please request that the checkout be done at 10.00 am, due to the entry of another guest and cleaning of the house. Failure to do so will result in a $ 60.00 fine per hour of delay and may not exceed 12.00 pm.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - We charge a security deposit of $400.00, which will be returned after your checkout if there are no damages to the house. If there are any damages, we will deduct the cost from the retained amount and refund the remainder.
