- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood
While residing in the 19th neighbourhood, you'll enjoy an animated and cultural Paris. You'll be near the Ourcq Canal that offers nice walks, the Parc de la Villette and its numerous concerts and animations, or the Buttes Chaumont, the biggest green park of Paris, well liked by the parisians. You'll be able to enjoy the many bars and restaurants near the apartment like the Pavillon des Canaux, an original café, or the Koko Bistro, a japanese restaurant. The apartment is located two steps away from pétanque grounds and ping pong tables. Finally, being very closeby the public transports, you'll be only a few minutes away from the emblematic Paris and its monuments, like the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre Museum or the Invalides.
