This spacious and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it the perfect getaway for families or small groups. In addition to the two luxurious king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, the home also features a bonus bunk room with twin-over-twin beds.

Step into the bright and airy open floor plan, where you'll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your culinary adventures, a dining room that seats 6, and a convenient counter bar with 3 bar stools. The living space is designed for relaxation, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating.

The oversized balcony is a highlight of this home, complete with a bistro table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a view. Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended vacation, Aurora Beachy offers everything you need for a memorable beach retreat.


Inside the Unit:
Bunkroom: Located to the right of the foyer. It includes 2 twin bunk beds, a TV with internet-ready Blu-Ray player, cubbies for storage, and a small sitting area.
Living Area: Bright and airy with comfortable seating for 6, an entertainment area, and a TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, Viking gas stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee pot, pots and pans, utensils, and a counter bar with 3 bar stools.
Dining Area: Features a formal dining table for 6.
Balcony: Oversized corner balcony with a 4-top bistro table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.


Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with double vanity sinks and a walk-in glass shower.
Guest Bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Wonderful area and location

We stayed here for spring break and had a wonderful experience. We were in walking distance to everything as we did not rent a car for our stay. The condo was in the middle of everything but was extremely quiet. The host was very responsive via text all week for any question I had.

It’s a great location and lovely condominium.Unfortunately there was a smell that could have been from a previous renter smoking. We purchased a candle to help.The kitchen was fully equipped. The back porch was romantic and overlooked the park and lighted trees at night. Perfect for a dinner outside.

Great location and area. Condo has everything you need and owner was quick to respond with help. Hot water could have been hotter for my taste. We will gladly come back.

Rosemary Thanksgiving

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week and it worked out perfect for our family of 5. The small bunkroom was great for our 2.5 year old to tuck away early. Great location and nicely appointed. Cooking-ware was a little light, but we made out just fine.

Wonderful Getaway!!!

Our family of 5 just returned from Rosemary and had an awesome time! My kids are 14, 13 and 9 and this condo was perfect for us. We LOVED the location overlooking Barrett Square. If we had any questions or needed anything Dana always responded within minutes. I would highly recommend this property!

Girls trip

This was an annual trip with my daughters who are in their 20’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable and pleased with the look and feel of the condo. It was quaint and clean and the location was just perfect. The owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend the place.

Beautiful condo in awesome location!

We stay at Rosemary regularly but this was our first time to stay in a condo versus a house. Although we weren’t sure what to expect, we all (2 adults & 4 teen boys) were VERY comfortable! It’s a beautiful condo that met all of our needs. The large balcony was a great place to hang out and the parking garage was extremely convenient.

Great location, beautiful condo! Dana was very sweet, everything was easy and convenient. The only drawback was because of the virus things are different in Rosemary no tents are allowed on beach and now having the code for the pools isn’t enough you also have to have the pass.

FABULOUS TRIP!

We were so pleased to spend the past few days at Rosemary. The experience was enhanced by our stay at this beautiful condo overlooking Barrett Square. The owners were incredibly helpful with all questions we had (although we did not have many questions because the owners took the time to provide us with clear, detailed information about checkin/checkout, as well as an accurate description of the property listing on HomeAway). Everything was immaculate and in great working order. We will be returning in the summer and are looking forward to another stay in this fabulous condo. Thank you so much!
