Considering the price, this is a decent stay

The property managers and communication were great! The price was very reasonable considering the other options out there for similar stays. We requested to check in as soon as possible because we were in transition (moving) and needed to check in asap. The property manager was wonderful in getting back to us quickly and accommodating our request. My only complaints was the lack of cleaning and there is clearly mold in the unit. You can smell it when you walk in. Thankfully we were only there about 1.5 weeks out of the 3 we were booked for…as we had other travel and were looking for long term rentals in Mobile everyday for hours at a time.

A Happy Camper, I am!

Very happy with all provisions being so wonderfully thought out and provided for. Interior of my townhome was very clean and nicely furnished and equipped. Exterior had a few areas where improvement is in the works. I am very happy I found this place for my stay.
