The bedroom has a tv and a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Our apartment is located conveniently in the 14th arrondissement. Key pickup is 8 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

Slight detour through the Breton district! The atmosphere of old France lulls the mainly residential neighbourhood but includes some of Paris's most famous attractions, such as the Catacombs. When it comes to shopping, go to Montparnasse, which is a large shopping centre. You can also stroll down rue Daguerre, where you will find bakeries and patisseries. There are many places to eat in the borough, a small recommendation for Breton creperies! Finally, try "l'entrepôt, " an incredible area of artistic life with a restaurant, cocktail bar, garden terrace, concert halls, and art galleries.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tube station, Plaisance, line 13, is just a 2-minute walk.

Paris Orly Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
