The house is ideally located in Lanvallay, in a very pleasant environment close to the Old Port of Dinan and the Canal d'Ille et Rance. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the street near the accommodation.
There is also a pay parking lot "Plaine du Port" 6 minutes on foot / 3 minutes by car. Free parking is available from 12pm to 2pm, 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Dinan station, 21 minutes on foot, 6 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport : Pleurtuit Dinard airport, about 25 minutes away.
- DINAMO (DINAN AGGLO) bus service runs Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Its 5 lines transport you from the centers of the communes of Dinan-Léhon, Taden, Quévert, Lanvallay and Trélivan to Dinan SNCF station, public services, shopping centers, business and residential areas etc; all with free access.
