Beautiful garden surrounded by stone walls.
Very close to the city center and the historic center of Dinan.
Very calm.
You will be seduced by our house and its garden. When you return from your visits, you will appreciate the calm of the garden and the brightness of this house. It is a single storey house, composed of an entrance, a large room with kitchen, dining room (2 sofas including a convertible + 1 convertible armchair) and a bedroom (bed 140). Access bathroom and WC in the room. Possibility of adding cot for baby + 1 folding bed 1 person. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 children.

A lovely place to stay. The photos dont do it justice. It was very well equiped and the bed was comfy. We were able to park round the corner a few minutes walk away, and the centre of town was a 10 minute walk. We were met upon arrival and shown round the accomodation. Would recommend as a base for exploring the area.

Excellent property for a stay in an outstanding area of France. The only inconvenience is parking which is public, insecure and around 500m from the property which in our experience turned out to be fine.

Il y a des places de stationnement beaucoup plus proches et gratuites . En ce qui concerne le parking souterrain, il y a des caméras. Ce parking est aussi gratuit et jusqu’à présent, il n y a jamais eu de problème.

Great base for discovering Dinan

We thoroughly our stay. The living accommodation is comfortable. Dinan is a place to be discovered on foot, so the fact that parking is not immediately outside the property was not a problem. This minor inconvenience is balanced by the reasonable rental cost and the pleasant garden space that comes with the house. We walked into the historic centre of Dinan most days, and this only took 5-10 minutes.

Effectivement, le chauffe-eau était déclenché au niveau du compteur électrique et je m en excuse. Cependant, vous avez trouvé comment le mettre en fonctionnement . Quand au chauffage, la pompe à chaleur était réglée sur 19 degrés (température recommandée dans les logements) et je vous avais montré comment régler la température. Là aussi vous avez su changer puisqu elle était à 21 à votre départ. Je vous avais dit que vous pouviez nous appeler à tout moment en cas de problème car nous avons à cœur que le séjour de nos hôtes se passe bien.

Weekje in het mooie Normandië

Heel fijn huisje om als uitvalsbasis te gebruiken om Noord Normandië te bezoeken. Heel centraal gelegen tegen het centrum aan van Dinan. Ook Saint-Mali, Dinard, Cancale en Saint Lunaire zijn in een half uur te bereiken. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, leuk ingericht en heeft een mooie tuin.Prettige ontvangst met uitleg door Regine. Ik raad die prettige huis zeker aan als je Noord Normandië wilt ontdekken !

Die Unterkunft war super, eine kleine Oase in der Stadt. Das Häuschen liegt quasi im Hinterhof inmitten eines idyllischen Gartens und sehr ruhig. Wir waren 5 Nächte hier und wären noch gern geblieben. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, nicht weit von der wunderschönen Altstadt entfernt. Die Ausstattung war ok, es war alles da, was man so benötigt. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs et bienveillants et ont un goût très sûr en matière d'agencement et de décoration de la maison. Le jardin privatif est une explosion de couleurs, de variétés et offre un grand espace de sérénité, de calme, devant un bassin rempli de poissons... Nous sommes tombés sous le charme!

Cette maison spacieuse, lumineuse et très bien équipée est un vrai enchantement avec son jardin luxuriant et sa terrasse. De plus, il est facile de se garer gratuitement à côté. Il y a des places de parking payantes à la porte du logement et d autres à 100m gratuites. La semaine où vous étiez là, il y avait beaucoup de monde sur Dinan (festival des arts de la rue et suite fête des remparts).

L'appartement est très central à Dinan et le centre-ville est facilement accessible en 5 minutes. L'appartement est très spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. Il y a une terrasse et un beau jardin. C'est calme - malgré la proximité de la ville. Régine est une hôte très sympathique et serviable.
