Enjoy the manicured grounds on this property with it’s over sized pool. Dockside loungers and umbrellas are available while you watch the daily boat parade on the intercostal waterway.

This king bed condo has a full kitchen, bathroom and in unit laundry. Big screen TV with cable and internet are also included.

This is a NON-SMOKING COMMUNITY which includes all outdoor locations, including cigars, vapes, cigarettes or any kind legal or not.

● The pool is open daily from 7:00am until DUSK.
No glass bottles or drinking vessels are allowed anywhere inside the pool fence or on the sun deck. Please close umbrellas and relocate deck furniture after use. Small children age three or older are welcome in the pool, but only when accompanied by an adult.
● Fishing from the wooden dock is permitted – diving from the wooden dock is not.
● Bicycles may only be stored within a condo or in one of the bike racks in the community room. We recommend that you lock your bike to the rack.
● Please be considerate of your neighbors - no loud noises of any kind are allowed anywhere on the property from 11:00pm until 7:00am nightly.
● You may park your motor vehicle only in your reserved parking space. Vehicles parked anywhere else on the property may be towed without notice. Scooters and motorcycles may be parked in the triangular area behind the fake garage door. Additional parking is at the Las Olas Parking Garage or at the street meters.
● No cooking, including barbecues or similar portable devices, shall be permitted on any Limited Common Element nor on the Condominium Property.
● Fireworks are not permitted on the compound at any time.
