Oceanfront Studio (for 2 people) overlooking the famed beaches of Fort Lauderdale Beach. This oasis is situated in the 4-Diamond award-winning Oceanfront Atlantic Resort & Spa.

Wake up to the blue and turquoise waters of Atlantic Ocean as you step onto your private balcony. This private apartment features a King bed, kitchen and oversized bathroom (includes shower stall and bathtub) . As our guest, you have access to ALL resort amenities (pool, spa, gym, pool bar, and outdoor eatery). Minutes to Las Olas, Marina, and lots of shopping!

Atlantic Resort is a child-friendly hotel. Must be accompanied by adult(s) of at least +21 years old.

FREE municipal street parking one block west of the hotel, along Auramar Street.

Great hotel, large room, love the location.

This area of Fort Lauderdale is fantastic. Right across from the beach, more restaurants than you can count. The room is large and the overall layout was perfect for us. Balcony overlooking the pool and the beach made for pleasant sounds all day. Took advantage of the beach, pool, and gym. Would definitely book again.

Florida getaway

We made a short notice trip to get away for a few days while we had a foundation event in Ft Lauderdale. The room was as presented on the site. Beautiful views and a wonderful bakery right around the corner. Contacted Angelo on our way in and he was pleasant and helpful. Loved our stay.

Great Location

The hotel/residence is in a great location. Nice views, good pool area with bar. The food at Wild Thyme has been really good every time we visited. This unit is right outside the elevator. It didn’t cause any issues but you could hear people once in a while. The room is right over the pool. There’s a Lavazza “espresso”coffee machine.

Great romantic getaway

My husband and I had a great time at this hotel, and in the condo! The location was great and we appreciated the way the building was set up so you never noticed the Main Street right below. The pool bar had amazing food and great bartenders, and we had incredible meals our entire stay with all the great options around the building! The biggest downside to our stay, the owner had no control over: the hotel was doing alarm testing the whole time we were there. You could hear it from the pool, in the hallways, in the gym, even from the beach. It wasn’t a horrible noise, it was just constant during the day. I was very glad I didn’t book a massage in the building because it would have been a distraction. Even with the testing, would definitely consider staying here again if we ever go back to Ft Lauderdale.

Great Place To Stay

Being right across from the beach was great, and the hotel provides beach chairs which was a huge plus! Convenient location to anything, we went scuba diving with a company five minutes from the hotel, and went to the Everglades for an airboat tour which was 40 minutes away. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions, even before booking. We couldn’t check into the room until 4pm, but the hotel held onto our bags for us and gave us a key to get into the pool which was great! The valet parking was nice, but expensive. 45 dollars a day, but when you compare that to the other paid parking around for beach access it really wasn’t that bad. One downside of the hotel and is no reflection on the host whatsoever, but worth noting- the hotel allows pets and we had a dog in the room next to us barking constantly. Also worth noting- contrary to the listing, you do pay daily resort fees, it’s just factored into the VRBO listing rather than paying the hotel when you get there. Resort fees were a specific line item in my bill. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

This part of Fort Lauderdale is truly a GEM! The Atlantic Resort & Spa is centrally located in very close proximity to all the restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Within a few minute's walk you are right in the middle of all the action on the BEACH! And this beach happens to be the most beautiful pristine beach in S. Florida.

The Atlantic is a beautiful boutique hotel with condos. Within a few steps you are at the beach and the gorgeous ocean waters of the Atlantic. Truly a blessing to have an Oceanfront hotel in Fort Lauderdale!
