Ideally for two people, the apartment has accommodation capacity for four people.


With a surface area of 60m2 you will have:
- a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bar, a lounge to relax in front of the television.
- a terrace offering a nice view of the port of Saint-Gilles les bains and the beach of the breakers, with an outdoor lounge and a dining area.
- a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed that can be transformed into two 80x200 cm beds on request at the time of booking.
- A 140x190 cm sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional people for families with children.
- a dressing room & bathroom adjoining the bedroom.
- A private car parking space is provided within the secure enclosure of the residence.
- Various secure pedestrian accesses allow access to the heart of the city without a car.

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement bien situé avec une vue. Relaxant d’entendre le bruit des vagues depuis la section extérieure. Bien équipé avec espaces de rangement et parking sécurisé très proche de l’entrée qui est au même niveau. Communications rapides avec Christian. Petites attentions appréciés.

Appartement très agréable,très bien équipé,très propre,et une vue magnifique sur mer....rangements exceptionnels..très bien situé proche de nombreuses commodités...nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines. Merci beaucoup à Christian pour sa disponibilité....

Superbe appartement, super vue, au calme et bien situé. On peut aller à la plage et dans les commerces à pied. Christian est très accueillant et sympathique.
