Beautiful 4 Bedroom Lake Keowee Waterfront Home With Dock In Tranquil Cove

You'll love the privacy and tranquility of this charming lake home on a 1 acre waterfront lot on the most gorgeous lake in South Carolina. It has everything you need for comfortable and fun family time together. Enjoy the calm clear water cove for swimming, kayaking and relaxing, but yet have quick access to the big water and close proximity to several islands, the Tiki Hut at the Lake Keowee Marina, and the Lighthouse Restaurant located mid-lake. You are welcome to use our 5 kayaks to enjoy wonderful Lake Keowee. If you like to entertain, the large kitchen and open floor plan allows for that that easily. The large kitchen is complete with all amenities, including a Subzero fridge, The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen dining table seats 8, and there are also 3 barstools at the center island. The screened in porch w ceiling fan, located just off the kitchen, is perfect for your morning coffee or lounging with a good book any time of day or night. It seats 6 comfortably. Just off the screened porch is a separate side porch with a propane gas grill. With four bedrooms and comfortable sleeping for up to 10, this beautiful home will allow everyone to relax and unwind. The Master Bedroom is on the main level, with a jacuzzi tub, large shower, and his/her separate vanities. There are three bedrooms upstairs: Bedroom 1 has 1 Queen bed and a set of single bunkbeds. Bedroom 2 also has 1 Queen bed and a set of single bunkbeds. Bedroom 3 has one set of single bunkbeds. There is a windowless tv room w Plasma TV and 5.1 surround, a couch and love seat. It's the perfect movie night room! The unfinished walk-out basement is a fun game recreation room where you can play a game of foosball, tabletop shuffleboard, or air hockey. Or instead play a game of cards or a board game on the card table. At night, move the fun outside to the private back yard with a fire pit on a campfire platform that overlooks the gorgeous cove and dock. We have 8 lawn chairs for you to use around the pit. Washer/Dryer is in separate utility room. Even though our quiet get-away feels remote while you're there, we are only we are only minutes to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities, and only 20 minutes to Clemson. Why stay in a hotel for game day weekends when you can have so much more for you and your family!

It was awesome

It was awesome!!! Loved the amount of space and dock. The kitchen was great for gathering and the kids adored the gameroom. There was more than enough room for everyone and the amenities like the kayaks made our stay even more fun. The best part was the owner. She was incredible and very accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Excellent location on the water!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed lake home. We had four adults and four kids, ages 5-10, and the house offered something for everyone! The adults enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen, and the kids loved the movie and game rooms!! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed swimming in the cove; the water was perfect. We loved the Lake Keowee area, and when we make another visit, we will be booking this house again. Lori was a great host. She was very responsive during the booking process and our stay. Lori had great suggestions for restaurants and activities around the area, which we appreciated.

end of summer vacation

I always like to take my family away at the end of the summer ... celebrate birthdays, start of the new school year...things like that. We love the mountains over the ocean and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the lake and the area for outdoor activities. Thank you.

Beautiful Home - Stay Entertained!

Our host was responsive and lovely. The home was incredibly clean, well stocked with the basics, and had all the entertainment you could hope for (inside and out)! We had kids and pre-teens who were endlessly entertained, we rented a boat which we docked at the property, went swimming, played video games, and had a small family gathering in comfort and ease. As we were bringing up our floats from the dock the 7 and 9 year old proclaimed it their “dream home”. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! We only needed more time to enjoy it fully!

Beautiful Home on Quiet Cove

We had a great week on the lake. The house was much larger than expected so plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable. The game room and the movie room were perfect for all the teens. The quiet cove was great for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. One of the highlights was the otter at the end of it. We were able to park our boat safely at the dock which was a huge plus and the calm water meant it didn't bounce around at all. Big water was just seconds away for all our water sports. Finally, Lori was lovely to work with and very attentive. The house is well cared for and nicely appointed. We'd stay here again.

Beautiful and very clean home perfect for groups!

We had an amazing stay at this property. We had toddlers children, teenagers, and all ages of adults. The house was definitely big enough for our large group. The teenagers loved playing games in the basement, like AirHockey, and they love jumping off the dock to go swimming. The house was extremely clean, and the kitchen is very very large. The pictures don’t show you how large the common living spaces are. We had a lovely time each evening on the screened in porch playing games. The owners were extremely responsive during our stay. Something broke while we were there, due to no fault of the owner, and Although it wasn’t necessary for them to fix it during our stay, the rest over and fixed it. You can kayak to a small island with a beach from this house, and it’s great that they have kayaks and lifejackets for all sizes! It was convenient to two different county parks that had beaches, and also only about 25 minutes away from the beach at Jocassee. So lovely!

Beautiful Home on a Gorgeous Lake

This is an outstanding property. The house is large, well appointed and immaculate. The kitchen was huge and had everything you would need, including spices. The beds were fantastic - love a good mattress. The homeowner really paid attention to details. The bath towels were so nice and plush, my sister found them online and ordered them. The dock and kayaks were fun, although my brother-in-law was bummed he couldn't fish off the dock. I would highly recommend renting this property.

We are a family of 5 and our most favorite thing to do is be together at the lake, relaxing, swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, hanging out by a campfire, watching movies, and always eating and laughing a lot! We have one daughter who graduated Clemson and she will be a doctor in two years! Our middle daughter just graduated South Carolina and will begin grad school for Occupational Therapy in January. Our youngest is a Sophomore at Clemson. So we are huge Carolina AND Clemson fans!

Why we chose our Lake House... We love the privacy and tranquility of our 1 acre waterfront lot on the most gorgeous lake in South Carolina. Our home has everything we need for comfortable and fun family vacations. We enjoy our quiet turquoise water cove for swimming and relaxing, but yet have quick access to the big water and close proximity to several islands, the Tiki Hut at the Lake Keowee Marina and the Lighthouse Restaurant located mid-lake. We like to entertain, and our huge kitchen and open floor plan allows for that that easily. With four bedrooms and comfy sleeping for 10-12, we can have our family plus plenty more stay for days or even a week. We turned our unfinished basement into a fun game room where we have spent hours making tons of memories. Even though our quiet get-away feels remote, we are only we are only minutes to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities, and only 20 minutes to Clemson for loads of game day fun!
