Terrace with garden furniture. Electrical socket for bicycles in the owners' garage. Private parking in front of the cottage or public parking on the main road. Located along the main road leading to Bonneval sur Arc and the Col de l'Iseran, this single-storey cottage is easily accessible to shops and services. The wooden furniture, some of which was made to measure by the owner's son, gives this renovated cottage a warm mountain charm. The living room is spacious and bright overlooking the small terrace where it is possible to have lunch. Bicycles can be stored in the owner's garage.
