Spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated, the second floor with elevator, views of the mountains with its beautiful terrace facing south. Apartment near town center and shops. Conveniently located within walking access to skiing, the ski school and ski lifts of boxes.
For hiking, several trails start near the residence.
Ideal for a quiet holiday close to all amenities.

Mechanical, 2 Bedrooms, with 1 double bed, and the other 2 twin beds, separate toilet, bathroom with shower, and sink, sofa bed, with 2 additional beds, TV, Wi Fi, Cellar, Ski Lockers, Parking Nearby, nicely decorated, on the second floor with elevator, breathtaking view of the Courchevel mountains, with its beautiful south-facing terrace. Apartment near the village center and shops, Bakery Cinema, Spa, Swimming pool, ideally located a few steps from the ski access, the ESF and the ski lift ticket offices.
For your hikes, several paths leave from the residence.
Ideal for spending a quiet holiday not far from all amenities.
I have several rentals in Champagny, in my name, Chalet le Floor des Vaches, Chalet l'Our Blanc, Chalet le Cerf, etc...

Perfectly-located and supported by a lovely host

4 minutes' walk from the gondola station, couldn't be better located. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Arrival and introduction managed face to face by the very personable Virginie. Champagny is a lovely alpine-style village with a good number of runs above it and linking easily to the quieter end of la Plagne.

Gute Lage; sehr eng; kaum Stauraum in den Schränken, da mit Boiler, Waschmaschine, Decken und Kissen belegt. Kein Hinweis im Angebot, dass Bettzeug und Handtücher separat gemietet werden müssen.Das gilt auch für die Endreinigungspauschale!

Wohnung prima, Rückweg von La Plagne etwas schwieriger als gedacht

Sehr freundlichens Vermieterpaar. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Alles funktionierte gut (Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, Warmes Wasser usw.) und es gab eine Handynummer für eventuelle Probleme. Wir hatten zum Glück sonniges Skiwetter aber wenn man sehr nass von der Piste zurück kommt könnte es etwas schwierig werden alles wieder trocken zu bekommen, da man nichts auf die Heizung legen kann. Der Gondel ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen in ca.300m. Die Anbindung mit La Plagne ist auf dem Hinweg sicherlich blau, ggf mit Umleitungen für schwierigere Stücke. Auf dem Rückweg aber waren teilweise nur 2 von 3 möglichen Routen geöffnet und diese Beide enthalten Abschnitte die auf der Karte zwar blau waren aber in den deutsprachigen Bereich sicherlich als rot gekennzeichnet gewesen wären. Ansonsten war das Skigebiet gut ausgeschildert und die meisten Pisten sehr breit.
