It was a great location, quaint setting, great outdoor space. Unfortunately there’s a lot of construction in the whole area so it’s unavoidable. Bring your patience, but it’s worth location view and the neighborhood is great. Met a lot of neighbors and they were awesome! The beach cruisers and all the beach toys that come with the house are also very handy.

We loved our stay at the 1920's beach bungalow! It was clean, cozy and perfectly situated close to the beach, parks and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Came into town for the Throwdown Cornhole Tournament. Stayed for a week it was very clean and nice to come back to at the end of each day.

What a great place, great location and a fun place for my dog.Super clean and had all the needed amenities for our stay.Michelle was super helpful and quick to answer any questions I had regarding her property. She even made sure there was enough propane for the outdoor heater and BBQ. I will definitely be coming back to this wonderful little beach house.

Very nice and neat cottage with a very roomy backyard. Host was very responsive. Quiet, although at the time we stayed there is a home being constructed 2 doors down. Walkable to a commercial strip, In & Out, etc. No hassle letting your dog off leash on the beach, although you can't take them on the state park beach to the north. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved this sweet home, just steps to the beach! Warm, bright, and extremely clean, we couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks for accepting dogs, they loved it too!

Cute Little Beach House

This cute little beach house had everything we were looking for. Very concenient to the beach, restaurants, downtown shops and music scene, freeway for day trip to Santa Barbara. Very clean, great kitchen, and great water pressure.

Long weekend getaway

Great little cottage with a enclosed yard for the dogs and walking distance to the beach. All the amenities of home with a relaxing space to unwind. Quiet neighborhood.

Cozy house, great location

What a great cozy beach house. So close to the water, and essentials. Loved the backyard. Lots of play area for the dogs and space for us to relax. Highly recommend!!!!

Beach getaway

Loved this house, location was ideal and the amenities were awesome. Parking on site, fenced back yard, full kitchen were just a few items to note that made this an ideal getaway. I would recommend and will be back. Host was excellent and I felt I could contact her with any issues.

Outstanding Small Bungalow

The house was as advertised with all the creature comforts you could want. The house was pet friendly (important for us) and even came with dog bowls and a dog bed. Our dog had a great vacation! The placement of the house was simply great and within walking distance of good restaurants, beaches and parks.

Location is superior. Owners were very accommodating with my need to cancel one day, because of doctors appointment. The place needs attention to details. The exterior needs t look like the photo.

Great experience. Charming cottage!

The “beach cottage” is adorable. It was super clean, well stocked, and felt like home—not just a rental. The backyard is amazing—we used it every afternoon and evening. The kitchen is well stocked. We greatly appreciated the hospitality and communication of the owner/property manager. The nearby beach (1-minute walk max) was beautiful and very open—a great place to watch the sunset and let the kids run around. Downtown Ventura is a gem. We highly recommend this charming property.

Ideal Beach Cottage

My husband, dog and I stayed at this super cute beach cottage and absolutely loved it. It was perfectly sized for the 3 of us with bright, clean bedrooms, a kitchen that easily met all of our needs and a cozy family room. In addition, there is a great backyard with a lawn for our dog to run around and a deck with a big dining table and sitting area. The house is less than a 5 min walk to the beach (just a few houses away) and a lovely park was also nearby. The town itself is beachy and fun. Michelle the property manager was incredibly responsive and so easy to deal with. We can't wait to stay here again. Was a wonderful experience all around.
