We had a wonderful stay! A quick golf cart ride to the beach, and close to restaurants and activities. The house was exactly as pictured. What a beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay!

My family and I really enjoy staying at this property, and in fact, we are repeat customers! We will plan on staying here every year this property is available. The house is extremely clean, which is very important to me. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is very roomy for the four of us plus two dogs. The house is meticulously designed and is beautiful! We look forward to staying here every year, and are already looking forward to next year.

Monica does a phenomenal job with this rental! It was definitely one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in. It was extremely clean, no signs of it being pet friendly, tons of towels and lots to do (ping pong, tvs, a puzzle). There were extra blankets in the closet if you needed more than the sheet on the bed. There were plenty of hangers in the closets for clothes, a huge box of trash bags, beach chairs and nets, the list goes on. The house was very well-kept and extremely nice. We don’t have one negative thing to say about it. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Location was great for beach access and restaurants. Quick and easy access to 30A for riding bikes. The host was very responsive before, during and after our stay.

Host very involved in stay. Kitchen very well equipped with dishes and appliances. They have 2 golf carts that we didn’t use because we were so close to the beach. Numerous very good restaurants in walking distance. Very nice stay.

Our stay was wonderful and perfectly accommodated our group of six adults and two grandsons (ages 6 months and 3 years) . The house was exceptionally well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, which made meal prep easy for everyone. Renting the white golf cart proved to be a great decision, as it made trips to and from the beach effortless. Although we initially had concerns about wading through the shallow water to reach our beach spot, it turned out to be a convenient and fun experience—much easier than trudging through deep sand! Our three-year-old grandson especially loved playing in the inlet area, which was a blessing during the red flag beach days. If our travels take us back to 30A, we would definitely stay at 30A by Kaja.

This is our second year staying at KAJA. When I walked in, it felt like we were back home.

Close to the beach and close to Seaside. Beautiful property with amazing accommodations. Feels like home when we stay here. Already planning on renting for next year’s vacation.

Perfect family vacation home

This house is exactly as pictured and described – absolutely beautiful and perfectly located! The hostess and management company were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay seamless. It was ideal for our family of eight, with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. We highly recommend renting the golf cart for easy local travel.

Family vacation with six. Everything is exactly as described plus some. We will definitely be going back.
Loved the porches for morning coffee.
Great kitchen with plenty room for everyone to help out.

This is our second time staying at Kaja and we absolutely love it. There is so much outdoor space for hanging out and playing games. The interior is immaculate with lovely furniture and decor. Kitchen has everything we need. Location is awesome too. It's right up the road from so many shops and restaurants. Beach is about a 6 minute easy walk or a quick golf cart ride. Absolutely our favorite place to stay on 30A.

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as it was listed. The home is beautiful and perfectly appointed. The screened in porch came in handy on rainy days or evenings! We would definitely stay here again!!!
