This modern space has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for hosting a family vacation or a city getaway with friends.

The neighborhood

The flat is located right at the end of Tel Aviv’s most charming neighborhood: Neve Tzedek. A 5 minute walk can take you right to the heart of Neve Tzedek, where you will find boutiques, galleries and restaurants; and a 10 minute walk, crossing the new “green corridor” will take you straight to the beach.
This is also a great central point to explore other areas of the city such as Noga, Florentine, the American colony, Carmel market, and Rothschild Boulevard.

The amenities
The private pool, gym, and spa that the building offers are for the residents that stay at least 15 nights in the apartment (this is a rule of the building management); plus there is underground parking included.

There is an underground parking spot available and many other complementary services you may want. Our team can arrange private dinners, spa home treatments, or any kind of tour.
