This charming, non-smoking, air-conditioned vacation home, located in a peaceful setting in the heart of nature, is ideal for a getaway with family or friends.
Located in a secure park, this accommodation features an outdoor area and a private parking space. It's the ideal starting point for discovering the Landes and the Basque country.
The accommodation includes :

- a 280 m² garden with plancha,
- a beautiful 12 m² covered and furnished terrace,
- a bright, air-conditioned living room,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher),
- one bedroom with queen-size double bed,
- one bedroom with three single beds (one on the mezzanine),
- a shower room,
- separate WC,
- hair dryer, washing machine, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner,
- TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system,
- high chair and cot,
- parking space,
- two recharging points for electric vehicles are available during your stay.

Take advantage of the park's facilities: communal heated swimming pool, pétanque court, multi-sports ground.
- The pool will be closed starting with the Easter break due to damage caused by Storm Nils. The reopening date will be announced once repairs are complete.

## Neighborhood

The estate is less than 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Saubrigues and its local shops (bakery, grocery shop). The town of Bénesse-Maremne, with its many shops and supermarkets, is also within easy reach. Discover the famous Marais d'Orx, a nature reserve with two trails allowing you to birdwatch. Hossegor and Capbreton are less than 15 minutes away by car: visit the town or head to the beach for surfing and paddle boarding. If you want to explore the Basque country and its emblematic towns, Bayonne and Biarritz are 25 and 35 minutes' drive respectively.
