This house has everything you could want for a great time in Rocky Point. The margarita deck is perfect for hanging out with a dining set, grill and gravity chairs to enjoy the view and breezes. The deck off the main level has awesome views with built in benches and cushions to enjoy your coffee, mimosas or maybe to just take a nap. Also this is an smart house
