Gesamteindruck gut, aber Lage zu laut

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Was überraschend war, dass man für das 2. Schlafzimmer extra bezahlen muss. Das war auf der FeWo Seite nicht klar kommuniziert. Vermieterin spricht entgegen dem Inserat kein Englisch, nur Französisch. Konnte uns deshalb nur wenig Funktionen in der Wohnung erklären. Die Lage in der Rue de Chene Vert ist ziemlich laut, da die Wohnung an einem Verkehrsknoten liegt. Die Wohnung war in FeWo mit der Option Haustier bis 10 kg eingestellt. Die Vermieterin wollte keine Hunde. Da unser Hund klein war, durften wir ihn nach aufwändiger Kommunikation mitnehmen. Heute ist die Wohnung nur noch ohne Haustier buchbar. Wir haben nach Abreise der Vermieterin eine Nachricht gesandt, dass alles in Ordnung ist und der Schlüssel wie vorab vereinbart hinterlegt wurde, leider haben wir keine Antwort erhalten. Das spricht nicht für Freundlichkeit.
