Beautifully updated, modern and clean home and the hosts had a bottle of champagne waiting for us - thoughtful touch and perfect way to kick off our stay! The property was walking distance to the beach and walking trails which was a great perk.

Great location. Condo is super clean and nicely renovated. Kitchen and bath are well equipped with all the essentials. Proximity to beach, park, Publix and restaurants are all within walking and biking distances. Love that!

Weekend getaway

Stayed here over the weekend to attend a CrossFit competition in Carlin Park. It was perfect! Close proximity to the park meant that we could easily go back and forth due the day to eat, and rest in AC between event heats. The place is immaculate and there is also a grocery store super close as well. Would stay again for sure.We didn’t have much time to spend at the beach, but if that’s your thing it’s walkable as well.

This is our second condo in Bella Vista we have used a personal residence and now both are VRBO rentals. We are permanent residents of Jupiter Florida and still close by. We loved living in both condos and left with a little sadness but we are proud to share them with you. We love Jupiter and we know you will too.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The location so close to the beach but protected by a the large Carlin Park appealed to us. It is also very quiet not being close to main traffic arteries but still close to amenities. InBella Vista there are eight building of 8 condos and especially in summer you will appreciate not being surrounded by hot pavement, instead you are in a grassed courtyard. Many units are for rent here but we wanted to go above and beyond a basic rental unit. We wanted this to feel like a comfortable and beautiful home that enhances your stay and will make you want to come back to it.

この宿泊施設の特徴

It is very difficult to find short term rentals so close to the beach and that is why we chose Bella Vista on the Park. If you compare our nightly prices to close by hotels especially in season not only the cost difference is remarkable, you also get two bedrooms and two baths instead of one, a fully stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living room.

Some points of interests are the Jupiter Lighthouse and Museum. The Maltz theatre is close by with Broadway quality entertainment. If you are up for a drive go to Palm Beach Island to see the mansions and look at the shops along Worth Avenue which is our Rodeo Drive. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is not too far away. The Norton Museum in West Palm Beach has more than 7600 works of art. I highly recommend the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach. It is a drive but if you go there take the slow route home by the ocean, it's worth it. For shopping other than Worth Avenue there is Palm Beach Garden Mall with both the known general brands and also high end brands. The Square area in West Palm Beach is also loaded with shops and great places to eat.
