Nice and clean flat in a safe neighbourhood. Close to central, very good transportation. Its a studio with a comfy pull-out sofa, loft with comfy bed, bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, hub, oven and microwave.

There is a (small) terrace where you can sit outside.
There are 3 restaurants next to the building, one of them providing tasty Hungarian food for low price (Stefania Pizzeria, Thokoly Restaurant, Kert Bistro) and a famous ice-cream shop just opposite us.
