Back at the townhome you can enjoy the front porch and Tallahassee Oak trees. You will feel like you found a retreat in the middle of the city. Kitchen features a complete pot and pan set, blender, toaster, microwave, full refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dinning area offers seating for 6 and can be easily converted to a laptop friendly work space or to play games from our game nook. Laundry area has a full washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. En suite bathroom offers a dryer and a basket of toiletries should you need something in a crunch. Target and local supermarkets are less than five minutes away for your personal needs. Large screen TV offers Roku and local channels via cable box. High speed Wi-Fi available. Suitable for families, couples or a group of friends!

Each bedroom has a queen bed and 32 inch LED flat screen Roku TV with complimentary Netflix and Hulu, two full bathrooms, dining room/game room, comfy living room with queen sofa bed and 50 inch smart 4H flat screen TV with Roku, complimentary Netflix and Hulu, basic cable channels, and other apps to use via personal subscriptions. Coffee nook stocked with locally roasted Lucky Goat Coffee. washer/dryer; two dedicated parking spaces under a carport with equipped with a NEMA 14-50 level 2 electric vehicle charger outlet!

Please note: Carport clearance is 6 feet 4 inches, so please exercise caution when entering and when opening your vehicle's tailgate. If your vehicle does not fit under the carport or you have more than two vehicles in your party, you can park sideways just beyond the carport, as long as you are not blocking the alley or park on Call St. (the immediate street to your right when exciting the carport).
There is an animal shelter near by and some stray neighborhood cats. They have never posed an issue, but keep an eye out for them when driving.
