The first floor features a large family room with plenty of seating for the whole family, a fully renovated kitchen with all amenities, a laundry room, a traditional dining room, and a side screened porch with bistro set. A full bathroom with a shower completes this level.

Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a king bed and two bedrooms with full beds. A full bathroom is accessible from the hallway, and a cozy office with window air conditioning provides a quiet spot to work or relax.
