Come to the country! One hour drive north of NYC to arrive at this beautiful country retreat. 4 bedroom colonial on 3+ acres in New Fairfield minutes from Ball Pond and Candlewood Lake. Renovated in 2018, this home features an open floor plan, master bedroom suite, new deck and lovely grounds to relax and enjoy family time. The private backyard deck features a gas grill, table for 8, sitting area and is surrounded by perennial gardens. Walk or bike to spring - fed Ball Pond to enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. 5 min. drive to Candlewood Lake. Near Litchfield, wineries, Hudson Valley and Rt. 7 corridor.
