CANCOON a new one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor (45m2) with private entrance, fitted kitchen open to lounge/living room area and terrace access overlooking private garden of 100m2 with bay view.
Bedroom with large 160x200 bed / Bathroom with spacious shower / separate WC / Convertible sofa in the living room for 1 adult or 2 young children. (Foldable baby bed and chair available on request)
The wifi is efficient (Livebox pro fiber)
10 minutes from CANCALE and its port / 25 minutes from St MALO / 1 hour from Mont St Michel
Ideally located between 2 beautiful beaches with different atmospheres and you can enjoy the beautiful panoramas of the Pointe du Grouin and the GR 34
