Welcome to The River House! Please note the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning crew to prepare the home for the next guests. Parking is available on the premises, including the garage and driveway. Please ensure all vehicles are parked within designated areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please use the outdoor areas if you wish to smoke. We have provided kayaks, bikes, and other recreational equipment for your enjoyment. Please use them responsibly and return them to their designated storage areas after use.
