Casa de siete habitaciones, cinco baños y medio ubicada en el hoyo 13 del campo de golf Ritz Carlton Oconee en Reynold's Plantation.

The house is a magnificent home and there were many touches like bathroom beauty items, swim towels, ice making machine and bar items. It was very clean and had a terrific new pool and hot tub that was great for a variety of ages in our group. The best thing was Rick was a very gracious host helping with a golf t time and responding to questions promptly. I’d give the place a 10 on a sale of 0-5!

Disappointing!

This home was built and furnished with quality materials but it is not being well maintained.First, the VRBO description was deceptive. It listed this property as being a 1 minute walk to the water. It was 10 minute drive by car.During our stay, we had to call a handyman, a plumber, an electrician and the HVAC repairman. Each time, I had to wait at the home to receive them and show them the respective problem. On the morning of our departure, the HVAC crew arrived before 8:00am to replace the lower level system. I asked that they wait until 10:00 check out time, but they said they could not.In addition to the garbage overflowing near the grill, dirty outdoor furniture (some of which was haphazardly placed outside the fence), dirty and unsafe balcony near master bedroom, missing light bulbs and disfunctional locks and hardware, there were toilets that had developed rings in the bowl, indicating that they had not been cleaned properly or frequently enough.Overall, considering the cost of this rental, the amount that I paid for the cleaning of this home, the amount of time I had to contribute to the maintenance of the property during my vacation, I expect an appropriate refund from the homeowner.

Great family holiday!

My family and I had a great time in Greensboro. Upon arrival, we found the house exactly as described, ample room for everyone to spread out or come together for games and dinner. We appreciated how well maintained everything was on the inside, top of the line appliances and everything.There was an issue with plumbing in one of the bathrooms, but Rick was very responsive and extremely apologetic. Our only significant disappointment was the outdoor area. While the hot tub and pool were perfectly clean and ready for use, the grill, table and seating areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since last Summer. Overall, we would recommend and rent this house again, especially if the exterior is maintained with the same care and attention as the inside.

Perfect house for our family

The house was larger than expected and had every gadget needed for a wonderful week. The upstairs bedroom was great for our grandchildren to play in the mornings before the rest of the house woke up. Any problem or question was quickly answered by the property manager.Hot tub was amazing!

Family Golf Trip

We enjoyed the house very much! The presentation was super clean and neat. Although the weather was HOT, the pool was great! The kitchen had everything that you need to host your family. The great room had plenty of seating to watch the first weekend of college football. Thanks to Mr. Latona for being a great host!

Summer Family Vacation

Over all had a great vacation. Did have issues with the pool. The property manager could not have been more accommodating and had the pool company on site. Addressed the issue but two days later had the same problems again. Pool staff said it could be issue with the equipment. The owner extended our stay two extra days for the inconvenience. Very apologetic and understanding. Might want to consider a new pool company. The home was perfect for us with six adults and seven children.

Wonderful family vacation

This property exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful home for a multi-generational family vacation. The pool and hot tub was perfect for adults, teens and younger children. We especially appreciated the two umbrellas located in the pool/hot tub during the day. There are many indoor activities as well, whether escaping the heat or a rain storm. The kitchen had everything we needed to make large family meals, with many high end appliances. Kudos to Rick, the owner, who responded quickly to questions prior to our stay and especially to an issue during our stay.

Family gathering

Pros: Lovely flow to living area; guests can be together, but engaged in different activities, conversations. There was a small problem with the hot tub. The property manager responded immediately and issue was resolved. Cons: There are four bedrooms downstairs. Two have en-suite… but one of those is used by the other two bedrooms as well. Also, two of the downstairs bedrooms have no windows. The upstairs decks both need significant work. We had a three generation 5 night, four day stay that was truly lovely.

Guys golf trip

Home was in great location for our golf trip. Most courses within 2 miles. Plenty of space for 8 adults, all having our own beds. Great recreation area and hot tub after golf. Plenty of kitchen space to cook our dinners. Publix was only 5 miles away. Only negative being we could not get stoves in main kitchen to work and pollen covered all of outside furniture. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

In town for a wedding and had four generations together. Great place for all ages, with amenities for each generation. Host was excellent with communication and the home was more splendid than the photos. Would definitely recommend this place and we are hopeful of returning.

Fun Filled Family Vacation

This home is spacious and well appointed. Plenty of space to spread out so we were not all on top of each other. The teenagers and young adults enjoyed the pool table. We swam, played games at the large kitchen table, went water skiing and tubing at the lake. (Less than 15 minutes away.) I would highly recommend renting from Young Harris Water Sports Lake Oconee Marina (boats and jet ski rental) Parking is easy and the staff are wonderful! Everything was perfect. Publix is five minutes up the road and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend this home!

Fun Weekend at Reynolds Lake Oconee

We booked this house to meet up with our family for a fun weekend. The house worked well for us and gave everyone plenty of space. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. It's also convenient to outdoor activities and nearby shopping and restaurants.

I'm in the Internet business and travel frequently. I originally bought this house because I thought I would use it all the time but honestly, I'm either working or travelling. While I still go there often when it isn't rented, we put it in VRBO as a business decision to recoup some of the expenses the home generates, which are substantial.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I bought a home in Reynold's Lake Oconee because the entire area is nice. Some lakes, like Lake Laneer, have nice homes on them but trailer parks across the street. All of Reynold's and the surrounding area feels like a resort. There are great restaurants all around. It's simply a better quality of life than other weekend jots from Atlanta offer.

The biggest benefit to the property would be its size. If you like your space, this house is for you. I'm also always upgrading the amenities and furniture. I spend all of the funds generated through VRBO on the house itself. It really is a luxury home.
