This simply comfortable apartment is ideal for a pleasant stay with family or friends!

It offers a bright living room with a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: 3 gas burners + 1 electric hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with a freezer compartment and dishwasher… Everything you need to cook just like at home!

On the sleeping side, you will have three bedrooms. Two each with a 140 cm bed and the third with 2 bunk beds (90 cm), ideal for children, and equipped with a washing machine and an electric dryer.

The apartment also includes two shower rooms with toilets, one of which has a walk-in shower and a macerator toilet.

You will benefit from Wi-Fi access, as well as a private and secure parking space.

Please note! Several steps lead to the building entrance. The elevator is accessible after a small staircase and stops at a half-landing, with a few additional steps required to reach the apartment.

A lively bar is located nearby, which may cause noise in the evening.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
