This simply comfortable apartment welcomes you for an enjoyable stay.
It features a bright living room with a flat-screen TV and a small fully equipped open kitchen: 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher… perfect for preparing delicious meals just like at home!
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe, one of which has a sea view, as well as a third bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, a washing machine, and an electric dryer.
There are two bathrooms with toilets, including one with a walk-in shower and a macerator toilet.
You will also have access to Wi-Fi and a private, secure parking space.
Access information: several steps lead up to the building entrance. To reach the elevator, you need to use a small staircase, and the elevator stops at a half-landing, requiring a few more steps to reach the apartment door.
Please note: a lively bar is nearby, which may cause some noise in the evenings.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
