Horribles

Vacances annulée quand on ete arrivé au lieu de location. Le propriétaire avait loué son bien sur une autre plate-forme. A aucun moment abritel nous a prévenu. Je suis resté plusieurs heures au téléphone pour essayé de trouver une solution de rechange mais a chaque fois on me raccroche au nez tout cela pour finir avec un sms me signalant qu.il accepté mma volonte de me débrouiller par moi-même. Chose que n.ai jamais dit. Si il sont honnetes il n.ont qu.a écouter les conversations téléphoniques puisque elles sont enregistrée. De plus j.avais pris une assurance qui a ce jour ne m.a toujours pas été rembourser. Je tiens pour responsables abritel et le propriétaire pour ce gâchis. Location a eviter et plate-forme à bannir...
