The apartment is located in a 2 fusty apartment house 200m from the sea and 5km from the small fishing village - away L'Ametlla de Mar-. The apartment building has community garden and pool (approx 18x9m LxW).

The apartment is 75m2 - ideal for 4 people: 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite and sea view, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave) and WZ. Both - kitchen and WZ- have access to the balcony.

The environment is very quiet and offers various possibilities: tennis, paddle tennis, mountain biking and water sports. Ideal for motor or sailboat-use in the Marina, 1 km away with 140 moorings. Racing fans are also in good hands - Calafatring (Calafat circuit) is a short distance away (2km). For golf enthusiasts the Golf Club Bonmont Terres Noves (18 holes) is only 25 km far.
