Welcome to this charming fully renovated 80 m² house, located within the "Les Mas de Saint Pierre" residence in a calm and verdant environment. Ideal for 4 travellers, as a couple, as a family or amongst friends, this house combines modern comfort, Provençal authenticity and a privileged location close to Sainte Maxime and the beaches of Saint Tropez.



On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful bright living space comprising:

A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen equipment.

A comfortable lounge with television

Direct access to a pleasant furnished terrace as well as a small private garden, ideal for outdoor meals and summer evenings.

On the first floor:

The sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, giving access to a beautiful terrace with an unobstructed view of the hills,

a second bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 cm that can be brought together to form a double bed.

OPTION:

For your stay, we offer the rental of bed linen and towels which is not included in the rental (you are free to bring your own linen).
