3 Bedroom Villa - Swimming pool - VENCE - French Riviera

Welcome to our traditional villa at Le Pioulier in Vence!! Vence is a charming town located 20km from the seaside where life is good. The villa is 20 minutes walk from Vence, 20 minutes drive from Nice, in a quiet environment at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a 140m² single storey villa, consisting of a dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a single large bathroom. It is on land of approximately 1000m², two terraces, one to the south and the other to the west, well sheltered with a pizza oven. It has a pleasant and sunny swimming pool. It can accommodate 6 people. On the access side, the villa is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac (penultimate of 6 successive villas). The neighborhood is discreet and there are very few people overlooked. Access to the villa is below and completely secured by a gate behind which you can park your vehicles. Note that the bottom of the villa is occupied all year round, but once the stairs are up, you will be exclusively at home, with private and exclusive access to the swimming pool, terraces, pizza oven, plancha... The villa is Provencal style, the exteriors are planted with local species, the day area is authentic, the fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, crockery and household appliances are at your disposal. A bathroom with bathtub is in the center of the 3 bedrooms which make up the sleeping area. A washing machine is also at your disposal.
Please note: the house must be left clean, even if cleaning is included in the price; In the event of a longer stay, cleaning is included every Saturday. In addition, the electricity will be calculated in reality to allow you to possibly charge your electric vehicles without worries. A deposit of €250 will be requested by transfer before handing over the keys and the balance returned at the end of the stay. The villa is located on a quiet and residential site; We wish to guarantee for everyone the calm and well-being which characterize our site, so any large number of demonstrations are strictly prohibited. We also ask that the number of people accommodated during the stay be validated in advance and respected. Animals are accepted subject to prior validation. A deposit of €1750 will be requested before handing over the keys.
