Short and sweet

We had a family event in Idaho Falls at the end of a family reunion in Idaho. We needed a place for our large group and this absolutely fit the bill. One more bathroom would have been nice, but we knew there was just one coming in and planned around that just fine. The home was very clean and accommodated our family of eight adults and two small children perfectly. The hosts were very communicative and collaborative. Great experience - would happily rent again!

Good stay

House was nice. Was a split rental house with basement rental also. Lower neighbors didn’t follow quiet time. Not the owners fault. Hopefully he left bad review for the renter due to our conversation.

Friendly Getaway

The property was nicely kept. Space for all of us. The labels on the cabinets were a big help in finding items. Thank you!! Great way to spend our weekend.

Great Stat

Trent was extremely responsive and helpful. The property is well maintained, there was plenty of space for our group. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Ski weekend

Sweet little house on a quiet street. We had our BYU I student meet us for some skiing at Kelly canyon. Very pet friendly. Our dog barked a little too much while we were skiing and the host brought him a treat to calm him down.

GROOVY

This house was EPIC! Very well redone seventies house with some original flare. Everything was flawless. They provided lots of yummy snack and lots of condiments, kitchen bonuses, and cooking spices. Only suggestion I have is making the one side fence a little taller, if you have a dog they can hop out easily if they are jumpers. Would definately stay again! Lots of room, kids loved it. Great location with big park nearby.

Bigger than it looks

Great location for easy access to all directions. Super great lo-cal if you are going to the LDS Temple. Excellent all around experience. We hope it's available again when we come.

Awesome customer service

There were some pretty intense winds in Idaho Falls while we were staying there. The wind blew the screen door closed breaking the door knob. We were locked inside the house and with one phone call Trent was there within minutes to let us out. The house is very clean and comfortable and it was the perfect location for our family activities.

Nice place!

This was a very nice place to stay while in Idaho Falls. It was easy to get everywhere in the city that we wanted to go to. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could have needed. The beds were so very comfortable that we wished we could take them home with us! It was quiet and we would recommend it to everyone!

A wonderful stay and vacation

Had a great stay. The house was a great location for downtown restaurants and the greenway. Plenty of room for the family to gather. It was a great place to come back to after long days in Yellowstone and Jackson Hole. We will definitely keep this place in mind on future vacations. Thank you Trent.

Location was close to everything

This was a really cute and functional property. Had everything we needed except enough toilet paper for everyone for 5 days. Having only one bathroom for as many as it sleeps is a challenge, but we really enjoyed the bunk room for the kids.

Convenient Location / Responsive Managwment

It was a nice visit. Trent and his wife were super responsive. This place does sleep a lot of people. Just note there is only one bathroom and some folks may need to sleep on the couch in the living room. Driveway is shared with tenants that live in the basement, so space for only one car in the shade.

This property was pristine clean !! the perfect place for us to stay , quiet neighborhood , close to the Greenbelt . they took special care to ensure we had all amenities we didn’t think of !! So many comforts of home !!! they were available any time of the day we needed them !! I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Wonderful Pet Friendly Home

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. It had everything we needed and it is in a great location. The owner was responsive when we had questions and we didn't have any issues with our stay. Next time we're in the area I would definitely consider staying here again.

Idaho Falls J St. Property

Booking and check in were easy. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was available. I would highly recommend this property. It's also in close proximity to the Snake River and the LDS temple, which are both beautiful too see.

Girls Retreat

We had a group of five women for a small getaway. The house was great, perfect size and adorably decorated. Beds were comfy and although there were VRBO renters in the bottom unit, we never heard a peep. Cute neighborhood, easy access to food and entertainment. Right by the river for a gorgeous walk. Trent had lots of great recommendations and his house was perfect for our group. This would have been nice for a couple, a small family, or a small group of adults. There is only one bathroom but we didn't run into any trouble. Biggest Perk - backyard has a raspberry bush and we were able to pick a few. Delicious! Felt relaxed and rested for sure.
