Great unit/community, amazing view from the roof

Very high quality accommodations both in terms of the unit and the pools around the complex, it felt like a mini resort - but I would stay here again purely for the view from the roof, especially for the value

The property is as great as advertised. Check-in was easy and smooth. Security were patient and helpful. The roof patio has an awesome view of the town. This was our first time in Costa Rica and everyone was very nice and welcoming. Rich Coast was very responsive as well. Thank you for the great experience!

Pleasant Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The views were incredible. As mentioned by others, there are a lot of stairs so if you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you. For those without mobility issues, you will not be disappointed and you may even leave in better shape than you arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience

This was our first time to Costa Rica and the place was exactly as described. Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but the ad clearly states that in the description. Everything was exactly as described and the complex was quiet, clean, secure and the property management team was professional and always available. Definitely will stay here again. You will not be disappointed by staying here.

Sunset Views!!!

This location and views were perfect. There were no two similar sunsets during my entire time staying there. The rooftop terrace makes this space very special. I work from home so having a strong wifi was great. I also love to cook and the unit had everything I needed to prepare my own meals also. It is a great space and I will be back! Lupe D.

Small but Cozy

Good stay so long as you understand what to expect. There are 4 flights of stairs to get into the place, no skipping them. Nice view from top porch, but zero sun protection from 3PM until sunset. Community pools are really nice and clean. Place could use at least 2 more pillows, we sent in that recommendation already. There where plumbing issues, but we also reported them and hopefully not a problem for next group. Bedroom A/C is decent, but they send you an email warning system "may" break if you set it below 74 degrees. Personally, I feel that is not a reasonable ask for visitors who travel from a much cooler climate. Knocked off 1 star for A/C issues. If I could do half stars I'd knock half of one off for roof patio offerings as well. Overall, decent place but a bit pricey for what you get.

Beautiful views, lots of steps but worth it. Pool areas were great, short walk to beach/shops.

Highly recommend the property and area. Small inside living area offset by two spacious outdoor areas with spectacular views and sunsets.

Best stay ever!

This property is AMAZING!! The view was incredible! It is quite a few stairs to climb to get to it, but worth every step! I actually came back from vacation in better shape than when I left 🤣🥰 Highly recommend!! We worked with Rosy and I can't even tell u how amazing she is! She helped with SO MUCH! Quiet beach village

This is a perfect quiet little village with amazing restaurants within walking distance, the beach is about 3 to 4 minute walk from the condo. The view from our condo was 2nd to none it was amazing.

Rooftop Terrace View of Playa del Coco

Well-equipped small condo with rooftop terrace and 15 min. to the beach. Requires walking up four flights of stairs. The building has some plumbing issues (which are being addressed). The Cabletica Internet was dysfunctional 80% of the time over 3 days. The management folks were great.

30th anniversary trip

Property perfect for the two of us . Great location, close to restaurants, stores , etc. The view from the terrace absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Will definitely recommend.
