BRAND NEW TO THE MARKET JUNE 2021!!! This totally renovated 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Beachhouse boasts a gourment kitchen and laundry room. Next to the locally favored L Street Tavern since 1963 (Come as a Stranger-Leave as a Friend) is owned and operated by Terry and Jake. This tastefully deocorated retreat has great views up and down "The Tavern Section" on L Street. The L Street Tavern shares a driveway with this hidden gem. You don't have to go far for great food, drinks, and entertainment because this retreat sits in the middle of it all. Located 1/2 block from the SANDY MAIN BEACH at Hampton Beach, you are steps from The L Street Tavern, Bernies Beach Bar, Wally's, The Goat, The Pier, and all of the populuar eating/drinking establishements that have made the south side of Hampton Beach the most desireable area to eat, drink, and party. There is something for everyone and every family member will find something to do!

Fun!!!

Best location, walking distance to all activity and beach. Very well equipped and clean. Plus free live music every day. We had a great time and definitely will rent again!!!

Great location

The rooms and beds were better than the photos listed. Spacious bunks which made our party of 9 comfortable. The location is right by the beach and the main strip which made our beach days and shopping in the evening very convenient. We didn't need to drive anywhere once we arrived. The house is well stocked with items and has a nice porch. It is located right by the L street Tavern which means it gets very loud at night with the live music and the drunk people outside. There was a fight that broke out on the last night we were there. Other than that it was nice to sit outside and listen to the music before bed. There is no yard but plenty of parking. Overall it was a lovely stay and perfect for what we needed. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating.

This rental property is so central to everything, clean and great property owners! We loved having live music right outside our door :) Really enjoyed our stay here!

Fantastic place!

My wife and I stayed here with our three adult kids and our daughter’s boyfriend. The house is on L Street and shares a property with the L Street Tavern. Easy walk to the beach, to Bernie’s and to the Goat. The location (attached to the L Street Tavern) is very active. The Tavern has live music every day from 2 to 11pm, so if you are looking for a quiet stay, this may not be a great fit. If you are looking for a fun place in a central location, this is the place for you. Four bedrooms, one full bath, one half bath. Washer and dryer. Two parking spots. Great kitchen with granite counters.

Great location and great space!

This was a great house for a 9 person all-adult gathering located 1/2 block from the beach. Very spacious kitchen/dining area and living room which was perfect for a large group of people. Nice patio in back and chairs to sit on front porch. The owner was very responsive to our needs and available immediately when we contacted him.
