The place was too noisy for construction next door. I booked for 3 nights, left the facility after the first night for another hotel. I tryed to cancel the other two night by contacting you, It was impossible to communicate with you. I was waiting for hours outside the door with another person because the gate was locked. Bad experience. I lost two nights money.
