Great place to stay-welcoming, clean and comfortable. Well maintained, bright and cheerful. Host decorated for Christmas, so we felt at home over the holidays. Would recommend this to anyone!
This is the second time my group has rented this property, and it’s location, calm neighborhood, and overall high-end quality of the home and its amenities is the reason that we have and will continue to rent the space if it’s available.
Wonderful location in the heart of the valley. The property is Pinterest worthy and also family friendly. Stayed with five adults and one little kid. Beautiful decoration, comfortable beds, bathrooms, and functional kitchen. The showers were delightful and the space is bright and clean.
The house was very clean. It was noisy with a pump turning on and off all night to move water from under the hose, Plenty od hot water. Would be very crowded for 6 people unles it was a family with small children. It served our purpose while in Juneau.

We thank you for the review. We wish there was a way to remedy the sump pump. Unfortunately, they are required in order to prevent the houses from flooding during Alaskas extreme rain events. We do our best with offering white noise machines to help with some of the noise. We wish you the best of travels and that you come back and enjoy Juneau again!
Within short driving distance to Mendenhall Glacier, we enjoyed staying in this quiet neighborhood. House has been updated and was very clean and cozy. We'd love to stay here again.
We were in town for a Dart Tournament and found this house exactly what we all needed after long days of playing darts. Will definitely be looking to rent againing in the future
We had a great stay. The house was clean, well-stocked with games, kitchen supplies, and linens. We had great weather, so we were able to enjoy the cornhole in the lovely backyard, as well as a nice little neighborhood park only a few minutes walk away (it’s got a great playground for kids!).
This home is beautiful, comfortable, in a beautiful setting and had everything our family needed for our Alaskan adventure. It was truly a home away from home. The Millers were very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!
The house was outstanding and the host was very nice, no complaints on our stay.
The four of us liked the 2 showers they are nice after a long day of riding.
The house was ideal for our family to relax in, and a home base for daily adventures. We enjoyed the fire pit and roasting marshmallows while taking turns playing corn hole. The kitchen was ideal for cooking up family meals, and outside grill perfect for fresh fish. The house is close by the glacier, Auke Bay, beaches and trailheads for adventures. It was also a lovely place to relax with coffee and a book or tv on a rainy day.
Good location. Clean and plenty to do. The back yard was a lovely addition. Lots of games to play and a nice welcome touch with wine and popcorn!! The house rules book included lots of useful information for things to do.
This is a purpose built/remodeled house specific for stays like ours. Having 2 bathrooms and multiple bedrooms is so much nicer than a hotel room. The house is in a neighborhood, not too far from anything in Juneau and very close to the Mendenhall glacier. Kitchen was clean, updated. Easy communication with the host.
Great stay at this Juneau property. It was very clean and well equipped. Backyard and deck were an added bonus. The lack of closet space and bedroom dressers made living out of a suitcase a bit of a hassle for 8 days. But that was pretty much a minor inconvenience. Relatively quiet neighborhood; but the downside is that you couldn't quickly walk to any retail or food/coffee establishments. Taylyn was a great host and couldn't have been any more accommodating.
This was our first time staying here. We were down for Gold Medal Week. It was great to have a room for each of us and two bathrooms, plus a washer/dryer. We also enjoyed having TV's to watch during our stay. It took a couple of times to figure out how to get to the house, but once we did it just made the stay that much better. The drive was a bit long, that is because the games were downtown, but still less than the drive we do at home on the regular. A spot for 2 vehicles and each bedroom had a white noise machines
As always, the perfect place to stay in Juneau! This is our third time staying here, and as long as it’s available, we will stay here when we come to town! 10/10!
Stayed here a second time for work and again, it was a great stay! Wonderful place that gave us a great home away from home on our work trip! Hope to stay here again!
I frequently travel between Anchorage and Juneau for work. Decided to bring the family with me over the holiday and the property was just what we needed. The hosts are fantastic and had great hospitality! The home was beautifully remodeled and spa like. We could not have found a better place to enjoy the holiday. Thank you Taylyn for making our stay special! We loved all the personal touches!
