Princesa Resort - E109 - Ground Floor Condo, Steps to the Beach

Fantastic, ground floor end unit is the closest to the beach you can be! This condo is the best in the complex! With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with as a large extended patio, you can sit on the patio and listen to the ocean waves. Furnishings include a flat-screen TV, microfiber double lounge sofa, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The master bedroom has a king bed, beach views, and flat-screen tv. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and views of the old port. You can see the beach from the kitchen too! Modern touches make this my home away from home - I treasure it and hope you will too!

Great accomodations!

Odessa and her family provided a great space to spend your vacation. Being so close to the pool and beach access was a treat, but the room itself was wonderful as well. We hope to rent here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay. Waking up to ocean views was amazing. The beach being walking distance from our condo was wonderful especially having little ones. Will defefinetly be returning.

Perfect Beach Views

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well appointed with everything needed for cooking & a comfortable visit. Easy communication with host. The condo location is close to many activities & The Princesa is nicely cared for. The patio was our favorite. Convenient access to pool & beach with amazing views. Perfect for watching the sunset. Great older condo, perfect location

We enjoyed this property for the two of us. Princesa is an older condo community, but they do a nice job of keeping up the grounds and pools. This condo was perfectly located, quiet, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again, thank you for sharing it!

The property location is ideal. Having personal direct access to the beach is priceless. Communication with the manager during the stay was easy and instantaneous. The condo is well furnished. I worked remotely from there, and the internet is stable and fast.

Perfect Place on the Beach

We had a wonderful stay in this comfy condo right on the beach. It had everything we needed to make it a perfect vacation in Rocky Point. Enjoyed the sunsets and sunrise on the patio. Odessa was a great host and was very easy to communicate Would love to stay here again!
