ACCOMMODATION

Sunshine Penthouse Curacao Ocean Resort is a comfortable spacious accommodation with an open floor plan and located in the popular Curacao Ocean Resort. The ***** resort features a private beach situated directly at the lagoon and a large swimming pool with kids pool. The lagoon is crystal clear and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The house reef is in swimming distance from the beach and filled with exotic fishes and corals. On the beach you find palapas (umbrellas) and beach chairs free of charge for your convenience. Curacao Ocean Resort is gated and offers a private parking space for every apartment. Occupancy is max. 6 persons.

FEATURES

The fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and living area are one open space which continues in the adjoining balcony for the best outdoor dining. The penthouse is modernly furnished. Sunshine Penthouse features 4 bedrooms. The superior master bedroom can be reached from the living room. This bedroom has a king size bed, bed tables, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with shower, double sink and toilet. The second master bedroom features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The third and fourth bedroom are situated on the upper floor together with 1 bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The third bedroom features a 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. Cleaning is scheduled after each 7th day including linen change.

AMENITIES

There is free high speed wireless internet available. The living room features a flat screen TV with cable, fans and air-conditioning. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The master bedroom and the 2 other bedrooms also feature a flat screen TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking top, grill top, refrigerator, dish washing machine, oven (no microwave), Nespresso coffee maker and everything else you need to make a perfect home cooked meal. A washer is available. Curacao Ocean Resort is gated and offers a private parking space for each apartment.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

Sunshine Penthouse is situated within the gated ***** Curacao Ocean Resort and ideally located within walking distance to Mambo Beach. You find lots of entertainment and night life here, like international restaurants, tropical beach bars, a dive shop, a gym and spa, small shops, a casino and the Mambo Beach Boulevard. The Seaquarium and Dolphin Academy are located opposite of the resort where you often see the dolphins jump. Historic Willemstad is only 10 car minutes away. There is a private parking spot reserved for your rental car.

Location location location! Right next to Mambo Beach and the resort private beach and pool are just lovely. Some of the best snorkeling in the area is right there!

Perfect for our group. Great location close to everything. Beautiful views and beaches. Couldn’t have asked for more. Comfortable apartment on a great location

In the end we stayed in another unit on the same compound because of a leak. It is a very nice location. We loved the private beach for snorkeling and Mambo beach for sundowners and the restaurants. The apartment offered all comfort we needed and was very well maintained and clean.

Great location!

Overall we enjoyed the property. The location was great - close walk to all the restaurants on Mambo beach. Private beach was beautiful. Always chairs available, beautiful sand and perfect area for snorkelling. The unit itself had some issues - The sewage smell from the master bedroom was unbearable, beds were so/so - highly recommend some new pillows and sheets. NO internet for 2 days - very unfortunate as we did have a guest who was working. Ant problem also - although we kept all our food in the fridge and in containers to prevent it - it did not help. Manager was unhelpful and on our last day as we were packing up - she walked in with the cleaners and started taking over - our time was not up yet and she was in our way.

Heerlijk appartement, perfecte locatie

Ruim appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Keurig schoon. In en uit checken ging fijn en snel. Groot balkon. Locatie van het appartement is rustig, maar Mambo beach en alle gezellige restaurants, beachclubs en shops zijn op een paar minuten lopen. Bij het appartement zit een groot zwembad en een klein privé strandje. Wij komen zeker weer terug!

Very nice place and location. Just like the pictures. Ours was the only unit with AC in living room, though you don't really need it. Being soap and toiletries.
