Albir is a small friendly coastal village with a lively international community which in the summer months is swelled by many tourists. Unlike many other coastal tourist areas in Spain , Albir offers its visitors the possibility to create an individual and unique holiday experience.
There is a bus stop 200 metres from the house. The bus runs every 20mins from Altea, through Albir and Alfaz del Pi to Benidorm. The taxi stand is by the bus stop.

Emplacement de premier choix, maison conforme au photos et belle piscine que nos enfants de 4, 5 et 7ans ont adoré. A savoir que le propriétaire habite sur place, bien que très discret et vraiment très gentil, cela peut en gêner certains. A savoir aussi qu'étant placé en ville, il y a certaines nuisances sonores nocturnes. Mais avec un tel rapport qualité prix (quasiment le prix d'un appartement), n'hésitez pas, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Ruhe und doch mitten drin.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und obwohl man mitten im Zentrum ist hat man hier seine Ruhe.

Super séjours, villa correspondant à la description. Propriétaire très agréable. Villa avec piscine proche de la mer, et des commerces. Seul bémol, le stationnement; pas toujours facile de sortir en voiture, car voiture garée devant le portail. Pour mes compatriotes français, une adresse : Alain et Corrine café brasserie le Sucré salé, rue d'Abir. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location, qui ne réserve que de bonnes surprises, et que mes enfants de 11 et 14 ans ont adoré. Xavier

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Gemütliches Ambiente, kleine Küche aber alles vorhanden. Großes Plus mein Lieblingsherd GAS! Großes beleuchtetes sauberes Schwimmbad. Satelitenfernsehen mit vielen deutschen Programmen. Bei Problemen Vermieter immer ansprechbar und erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

super vacances en Albir

Nous avons passés de super vacances dans cette location. Elle est très conforme aux photos. La maison très propre très fonctionnelle ( télé hifi wifi climatisation) est vraiment agréable à vivre.L'extérieur piscine jardin terrasse barbecue nous ont enchanté. Et par dessus tout ça une très belle rencontre, Uwe, le propriétaire. Nous y reviendrons! Jean

Why they chose this property

My two bedroomed apartment (part of a two-family house) is very close to the beaches, cafes and bars and has a pool, terraces and garden. It is fully equipped (TV, air-con, telephone, wifi, stereo ...) and is a delightful place to spend a family holiday.
Although only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and shops (pharmacy,supermarket, boutiques etc) and many international restaurants and bars the house is very quiet, private and secure.
