Le studio est situé au sud de Zandvoort dans un appartement.
Il y a 2 studios au 2Ăšme Ă©tage. Les deux font 22m2.
Studio1 a des murs bleus, Studio2 a des murs blancs. Toujours la mĂȘme configuration.
Le boulevard et la plage sont au coin de la rue. PrĂšs de la plage.
Ouvert en 2015 avec de nouveaux lits avec sommier à ressorts, une petite cuisine, une salle de bains et un parking gratuit, le studio a toutes les possibilités de se détendre.
Nous proposons des serviettes, du linge de lit et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

Great getaway

The place was clean and a great place to stay. It has a small but functional. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in Zandvoort.

Wonderful Holiday Home

It was lovely staying with Esther and Rene’. They are great hosts! Very caring and helpful. The location is close to grocery stores, train, and bus. We went in early spring and too cool for beach weather but the location is very close to the beach. Thank you for your hospitality.

War das schön 


Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Esther und RenĂ© sehr genossen. Eine sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung unter dem Dach, die keine WĂŒnsche offen lĂ€sst. Die Einrichtung lĂ€sst einen direkt heimelig werden. Die kleine aber vollkommen ausreichende und gut ausgestattete KĂŒchenzeile, dass tolle kleine Bad mit Dusche war super sauber. Die 3 NĂ€chte in dem schönen Doppelbett waren sehr erholsam. Die Lage der Wohnung 5min vom Strand perfekt.Ein Geheimtipp fĂŒr den Zandvoort Urlauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Relaxing in the Netherlands: Beach House Apartment

I was very happy with my apartment in Zandvoort. After driving around the Netherlands for five days, Zandvoort was a welcomed slower pace town. The apartment was located on a quiet street, friendly neighbors walking their dogs, and a short walk from the beautiful beach. The hosts, Renee and Ester were delightful people who were available to answer any questions. Check-in was easy as Renee met me outside and showed me where everything was in the room. They also provided me with a parking pass for my stay and gifted me with a can of Stroopwaffles...YUM. The apartment is up a couple flights of winding stairs but not a bad climb...pack light! I would recommend the Beach House apartment for its' great location. If you have a car it is an easy drive to Leiden, Gouda, Den Hague, Haarlem and Alkmaar. Take the train to Amsterdam...driving is nuts there! Back in Zandvoort, as with many towns in the Netherlands, the heart of the town is hidden. Park, and walk down the side street to find great shoppes, restaurants, and of course bakeries. Be sure to walk to the beach for the sunset...it is a community event where people are friendly and the view is beautiful. I'd say, if you aren't the hotel type of traveler, this beach house apartment is a wonderful HOME AWAY.

Sehr ruhiges Haus und doch nur wenige Minuten zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Wir haben alles fußlĂ€ufig erledigt. Wir hatten kostenfreies Parken und eine wirklich komplett schöne Wohnung. In der KĂŒche war alles vorhanden, es fehlte an nichts. Kann man sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Es war wirklich super! Die Lage ist top und die Gastgeberin war ebenfalls sehr nett. Innerhalb 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und bis zum Ortszentrum geht man ca. 5 Minuten.

Sauber, modern und nĂŒtzlich eingerichtet - allerdings im Vergleich recht teuer

Gute Lage zum Zentrum und Strand in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Einrichtung modern und man findet alles was man braucht. Das Bad ist klein, aber ausreichend und ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und sauber. Sehr nette Vermieterin, kleine AbzĂŒge gibt's es fĂŒr den etwas erhöhen Preis. Ansonsten fĂŒr bis zu zwei Personen absolut zu empfehlen

Peaceful, Comfortable, Clean and Close to the Beach

We stayed in this lovely apartment in early July. Leading up to the stay the owner was communicative with us and responded to any questions by email very quickly, which was reassuring. We arrived in Zandvoort by train and walked to the apartment in 10 minutes, passing a local supermarket en route. We were greeted by the owner who welcomed us and showed us around and made sure we had all the information needed to enjoy our stay. She recommended a couple of the Beach House restaurants to try and offered to hire us bikes if we needed. All in all we felt very welcome and ready to enjoy our break. I would also say the apartment is very secure. The Wifi was also very reliable during our stay. The beach is very close, just a short walk away and the restaurants recommended were both excellent (Ubuntu and Beach House No.10). We stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was nice and quiet and comfortable. The shower is good and the coffee machine very welcome! We hired bikes on one day and had a really enjoyable day exploring the cycle routes in the area, visiting the beach which is very quiet away from the town. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for couples visiting both Zandvoort and Amsterdam (it is only 30 minutes by frequent train service to the centre of Amsterdam). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and owner couldn't have been more helpful towards us. C&A, Derbyshire, UK.

Tolles Wochenende, super nette Vermieter, problemlose Abwicklung

Vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschied alles super entspannt und gut organisiert. Appartement sauber, ordentlich und sehr gemĂŒtlich. Tolles Bett! Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Meer und Amsterdam einfach genial.

Einfach super, alles perfekt!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach spitze. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Haben sofort unser Zimmer beziehen dĂŒrfen. FahrrĂ€der wurden uns sofort auf Nachfrage organisiert. Alles total unkompliziert. Das Studio 1 sehr sauber, sĂŒĂŸ eingerichtet (mit Liebe zum Detail) und alles da was man braucht. Das Bett super bequem. Hab selten in einem Urlaub so gut geschlafen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ca. 2 Minuten. In die Stadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten. Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der NĂ€he. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Nach Amsterdam braucht man ca. 30 Minuten. Der Zug fĂ€hrt alle 30 Minuten. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt, mit tollen Wetter und alles was dazu gehört. Wir kommen wieder.
