Très bien situé dans le centre de Palerme! Ce magnifique appartement dans un immeuble français classique du milieu du siècle a de nombreuses mises à jour et des touches décoratives qui rendront votre visite à Buenos Aires agréable et confortable. Les jardins botaniques, le parc Las Heras, Alto Palermo, Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood et Recoleta sont tous accessibles à pied.

L'appartement est à seulement un pâté de maisons du métro et les bus et les taxis sont à votre porte. De nouvelles fenêtres à double vitrage apportent le soleil tout en vous garantissant une oasis de calme pour rentrer chez vous. Les deux salles de bains ont toutes deux de grandes cabines de douche. La cuisine est équipée d'un grand réfrigérateur, d'une cuisinière à gaz avec four électrique à convection, d'un four micro-ondes et de tous les ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle et verrerie nécessaires pour vous mettre à l'aise. Cet appartement dispose du Wifi et d'une télévision HD 42 "dans le salon. Vous penserez que vous n’avez jamais quitté la maison.

Robert welcomed for us upon arrival in front of the building. He provided all the information to make our experience amazing. The unit was perfect for our needs. Everything was within walking or Uber distance. The water was hot and the pressure even better. I would strongly recommend staying here.

I went for some paperwork for a week, and honestly, the place was excellent—close to shops where you can buy everything. Very convenient for people who need to run errands and also enjoy Palermo. Carmen, the manager, is lovely, and dealing with the owner at the beginning was also very easy. If I return to Argentina, I would go back to that place. I highly recommend it.

Roomy apartment, great hosts, perfect location

The owner and manager were warm, promptly communicative and took great care of us, even arranging a car to the airport. The apartment was spacious and in a great "local" neighborhood that was safe with a variety of restaurants and shops within a block or two - and with more touristy areas within a short taxi, subway or bus ride. Can't wait to go back.

Great house in a nice area

The apartment looks just like the pictures on the listing. Robert made us feel welcome and went over the basics of how to acclimate to the way things work in Buenos Aires. He was super friendly and helpful, and the house was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to future trips to the city.

Excellent apartment

Charming, spacious and well laid-out one-plus apartment. Comfortably furnished, very good quality appliances, and all the kitchen basics for cooking. The building is elegant and well-maintained. The owner and manager were both immensely helpful. Highly recommended.

If I could give more stars I would. We traveled from the US to visit South America for the first time. Argentina was an amazing surprise! Highly recommend. We spent all of our time in Buenos Aires. This apartment was beautiful! So much space and well located especially if you like to feel like a local. The subway is safe and very easy. You can get every. Many cafes along the streets for a quick bite or a lingering latte. The host Robert was very easy to work with. Carmen was our local contact and she was fantastic! Always ready to help and give advice. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

Exceptional Palermo Apartment

Robert is an exceptional host and was available for questions and recommendations during our stay. The apartment is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The transit system is easy to use. Amazing Apartment

Look no further! A lovely apartment with all the amenities. It was very comfy and cozy. There are many cafes, market, bakeries all close by. The building is well kept and is in a safe location. Robert is amazing, very caring and shared a lot of information. We had such a good time in Buenos Aires. Thanks for a wonderful and a memorable time!

Absolutely perfect in every way.

Robert was the best host. He provided everything we needed to hit the ground running. The location was excellent and the apartment is well equipped and super clean. It was really cozy and welcoming. The neighborhood has tons of amenities and it was really easy to jump on the subway or catch a taxi. It was surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the city. We hope to stay here again someday.

Perfect location

My husband, niece and I had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the efficiency of communication, and the amount of information we got from Robert about how to get around the city, currency exchange, and local activities. Carmen was very helpful in anticipating our needs and helping us with the check in and check out process. If I could give more than 5 stars for this property, I would!

A gem in the center of Buenos Aires

We’ve stayed at over twenty VRBOs around the world and this gem in Buenos Aires was one of our favorites. We spent a little over a week at this wonderful apartment, and its location and amenities added immeasurably to our enjoyment of the city. At the edge of the city’s two best- loved areas—Palermo and Recoleta—we were a short walk or Uber from all the major places you’ll want to visit. Robert greeted us when we arrived with warmth and a generous supply of useful information for our stay. The apartment was quiet, impeccably clean and the layout was perfect for the four of us. If this apartment is available, you should grab it!

Wonderful, Comfortable Apartment in Alto Palermo

My wife and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the space, cleanliness and amenities of the apartment to the point of total relaxation. The very comfortable king bed, ample hot water, clean showers and bathrooms, washer (no dryer, no problem), spacious kitchen, ample cable TV programming, and beautiful French style architecture/style, made the 7 days seamless. We could have stayed easily for a month. Having Carmen as the manager and our contact person was a pleasure. She is most gracious and very resourceful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any travelers, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Buenos Aires

Loved our time at Robert's apartment in Buenos Aires

What a great time we had in Buenos Aires! The apartment was fantastic. Nice amount of of space, very clean and well appointed. The location was great; centrally located with easy access by walking and public transportation to all points of interest in the city. And we felt very safe in the neighborhood. But Robert was the best part. He helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport. He gave us great tips for what we needed to know to navigate the city and Argentina (i.e. money exchange, public transportation and recommendations on things to do). We could not have asked for a better host. Thanks for the great stay!

Fabulous!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The pictures were just as we found it-charming, spacious, well-decorated, neat and clean. The washer was very helpful during our week-long stay! The kitchen was well-appointed and I was able to make several meals very easily. Our family of 4 with 2 adult kids were quite comfortable for the whole week! Having 2 full bathrooms was a huge benefit. The building was quite secure and in a lively location with plenty of restaurants, shops, markets, and laundromats within easy walking distance. Our host Robert and his agent Carmen were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Both were kind and attentive and made sure we were well taken care of! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires!

Comfortable and Amazing

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s apartment. The neighborhood was absolutely amazing. You are close to many restaurants, coffee shops and there’s a great mall close by. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We loved that it had a washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is very spacious and very well decorated. I loved it! And of course, Robert is a wonderful host. He was very friendly and provided very helpful tips. I did not get to meet Carmen the property manager. Adriana was filling in for Carmen. Adriana was very kind and also very helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay very memorable.

Outstanding location and Valu in Buenos Aires.

The apartment is classically European in styling,excellently situated on Corenel Diaz, restaurants, groceries, butcher,cleaner ,farmacia, hair salon & ATM all within a block, shopping mall within 2 blocks. We loved our stay. The unit was very secure, and well appointed with everything you might need, local phone service and even umbrellas, all that was required is personnel items. The baths,kitchen and street windows are all nicely updated.The elevators are dated but reliable. The owner and manager were exceptional and available if needed. Buenos Aires is the city that never sleeps so city noise tends to start early continue late. Argentine Spanish is what is common and English is infrequent, but people were extremely friendly and willing to be helpful if possible. The cable carried one US TV channel in English and multiple other language options. The provided internet connection worked well. You could sleep more than 4 people, I would hesitate to do so unless the situation was with one family. We definitely recommend this location.

There are in fact several English language channels including BBC, CNN, Al Jazera, Fox News and several other channels that broadcast English TV shows and movies. I will make a list for future guests so that they will be able to locate them. Thank you for this feedback as I always like to make things as simple and easy as possible for my guests.

I was impressed with the great location, cleanliness, and comfort the apartment had to offer. First and foremost, the location was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, which made it incredibly easy to explore all the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Whether it was strolling down charming streets, dining at fantastic restaurants, or visiting popular landmarks, everything was just a stone's throw away. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal location for my vacation. The cleanliness of the apartment was remarkable. As soon as I stepped inside, I was met with a spotless and well-maintained space. It was evident that the property was carefully and thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, which instantly put my mind at ease. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and tidy environment greatly enhanced my overall experience. Moreover, the apartment was incredibly comfortable. The furnishings and amenities provided were top-notch. The bed was plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the living area was inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare meals at my convenience, adding to the convenience of my stay. I also appreciated the prompt and responsive service from the team. I have travelled extensively and fell in love with Buenos Aires. The city is vibrant and exciting with lots to see and do and great restaurants. I always tell everyone I was attracted to this city for the 'portenos' - Argentines are very friendly and accomodating.

I loved the location of this apartment. You feel like you are living amongst the Argentines. The neighbourhood is charming, vibrant and lively and filled with sidewalk bars and cafes, and the streets are lined with bakeries, green grocers, deli's, flower vendors, pasta shops....everything at your doorstep!

I totally renovated this property after I bought it and tried to refurbish it to North American Standards. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, a gas stove with and electric convection oven, microwave and all the utensils, dishes, appliances and pots to make you stay comfortable. The windows facing the street have been replaced with double glazed windows to reduce noise to a minimum, making this apartment a quiet oasis.
